Comentarios: Es un buen software me encanta que sea facil de usar y implementar.

Puntos a favor:

Es una aplicación que se le agradece lo increíblemente intuitiva que es y fácil de usar, gracias a esto agiliza bastante la implementación de este software para con los usuarios, es sencillo de usar y tiene muchas funciones interesantes.

Contras:

Podría mejorar un poco su soporte técnico

Gran gestor de proyectos colaborativos

Comentarios: Suficiente para pequeños fabricantes o distribuidores a un coste muy inferior a otros ERP's. Si necesitas gestionar un inventario, pedidos o compras, esto es lo que necesitas.

Puntos a favor:

Es sencillo de implantar y la curva de aprendizaje es sencilla y rápida. Posible conectarlo con otros softwares de terceros y seguimientos de empresas de transporte.

Contras:

La gestión de informes es mejorable. Aunque tienen varios informes para elegir, siento que algunos de ellos se pueden actualizar para incluir más de un producto a la vez. Por ejemplo, al buscar un producto que se vendió en un día en particular y tiene más de un tamaño del mismo producto, sería bueno poder seleccionar tantos productos como se desee en lugar de uno a la vez.

Sistema facil de usar. Funciones disponibles para escaneo de productos, envío y shipping. Generador de órdenes de pedidos e inventario

Contras:

En ocasiones muy lento. Cuando varios usuarios se loguean en la aplicación se torna muy lento o imposible de entrar

Great investment

Comentarios: We have saved quite a bit of time with Fishbowl compared to our previous software.

Puntos a favor:

Fishbowl is simple to use. Everything is easy to find. Search features work well. All facets integrate well.

Contras:

It’s been a bit of a struggle to integrate all aspects of our diverse business.

Great Experience

Comentarios: Our experience was great, the team walked us through the systems capabilities, and showed us the in's and out's before we committed, and it has worked great for us! Thank Fishbowl!

Puntos a favor:

Helpful Integration Team, we are using the system primarily for manufacturing inventory management, and were able to find ways to use functions in various ways to give the outcome we were looking for.

Contras:

Time: the whole process took about a month, which is about what i had expected, but wish we weren't down without a system for such an extended period, but that is partially because we had some hiccups on our end!

QuickBooks Desktop syncing for inventory and payables is smooth (when the connection works)

Puntos a favor:

Integrates with QuickBooks for inventory and payables

Contras:

Sync with QuickBooks (desktop/server) is finnicky and regularly has to be re-established

Excited for Inventory Management

Comentarios: Looking forward to using Fishbowl, the tools that Fishbowl provides will reduce our tasks and allow us to do more work.

Puntos a favor:

Having just begun using Fishbowl we are just getting started in appreciating all the functionality that it provides. A major factor is the ability to track lot numbers as well as serial numbers of our products. The implementation process was smooth and the training provided was excellent.

Contras:

The addition of items to sales orders and purchase orders is different than previous experiences.

Puntos a favor:

Tech Knowledge and professionalism. Taylor was great explaining every step.

Contras:

Nothing I dislike at all. Service was great.

Fishbowl for Fish Razr

Comentarios: We are very satisfied with the company and eager to explore new possibilities with them as we continue our relationship down the road.

Puntos a favor:

Pros: the ability to sync multiple points of sale into one single service. It allows you to create inventory items that track quantities of multiple components. Their team is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Contras:

Cons: none, which makes it difficult to reach the 40 character minimum!

The real IMS

Comentarios: It was a great experience since our IT tech was very knowledgeable. He always had the right answer to all our questions.

Puntos a favor:

I liked the data migration from an existing IMS to the new IMS.

Contras:

We weren't successful in integrating Airtable and Fishbowl.

Fishbowl is Not ready for medium to larger companies

Comentarios: Customer support is pretty good for getting you on your feet if you have a database crash or simple problem, but they are often hard to get a hold of, long wait times, and again there is no flexibility with this program whatsoever. You WILL find many annoying things that they just refuse to address in development.

Puntos a favor:

As a basic inventory and locationing system, and for simple shipping and sales orders it works okay. Would be great for a small startup.

Contras:

Complete lack of flexibility. There are a lot of workarounds that even our Onboarding expert had to use and setup for us. They do not make even the most obvious and simple improvements. You cannot update pricing from Woo to Fishbowl, and the Quickbooks integration is horrible.

Fishbowl inventory pros and cons

Comentarios: Happy with Fishbowl because it is, reliable, not buggy, and provide many functions and reports.

Puntos a favor:

I like the way you can have multi layers of Bill of materials, I like the way you can choose to value your inventory between, Average, fifo, and Lifo. The support team is respectful and responsive.

Contras:

The link between fishbowl and QB seems to have on going breakdowns. I wish there was a way to mass update the bill of material part costs from the bill of materials report. I wish there was a report to total the bill of material wieght.

Fishbowl meets our inventory needs.

Puntos a favor:

There are two things I like most about Fishbowl: its versatility & customer support. Regarding versatility, it can fit a wide range of different needs specific to different business. Regarding customer service, the reps. are knowledgeable and they will stick with you patiently until your issues are solved & questions are answered.

Contras:

The only con for Fishbowl would be that not everything in Fishbowl is intuitive. Staff must get training on how to use the Software. However, it's not difficult to learn, but you must know what you are doing.

Fishbowl is a powerful tool for any business.

Comentarios: Overall, my experience with Fishbowl has been very positive and I'm looking forward to utilizing all of its potential!

Puntos a favor:

We love the scalability and how the modules are integrated with one another increasing productivity and enhanced reporting functionality.

Contras:

I don't like that it does not differentiate a reship purchase order with a drop ship purchase order from an item costing perspective. In other words, if I place an order for material from my supplier, and have them ship it to my customer directly, the cost impacts my AVERAGE cost of the inventory in my warehouse even though it has not been physically received in and mixed in with previously purchased inventory.

Great system that has helped our company thrive

Puntos a favor:

We can manage all of our inventory efficiently. It is much better than the system we used to use.

Contras:

It would be nice if we could void a shipment. It is also a little frustrating that we can't edit a purchase order after the product has moved, eg: been committed to a sales order. Sometimes we get invoices for freight after we receive the product, and there is no way to edit the reconciliation after the product has moved. So we're forced to go in and manually re-enter each product with the new landed cost.

Fishbowl is a workhorse

Comentarios: Again, Fishbowl does the job. User friendly and detailed. Lot's of options and ability to add different tools as needed, plugins. Customer service has stayed above bar throughout.

Puntos a favor:

Fishbowl is great inventory management software. We have very large BOMs where we need to be able to track A to Z, inventory to the production line and this does the job. It is as good as you use it and then some. Easy for people to go in and track down information according to their needs, duties and positions. Helpful reports for tracking. Vendor information and history. Customer job tracking. Costing. Great customer service.

Contras:

Closing jobs. Once a job or sales is closed, it's pretty much closed. Once it transfers to QB, forget it! It's nice to have the option to be able to go back a little, but Disassembling is not fun. Would like some form of CRM, integration?

Good product

Comentarios: Good so far. We enjoy the customer support.

Puntos a favor:

Compatibility with Quickbooks and ability to do both Inventory and accounting.

Contras:

Weird connection between Parts and Product. Doesn't always correlate. Very confusing.

Great Company

Comentarios: Great use for us. Sometimes issues come up that can be easily resolved.

Puntos a favor:

Great for a small manufacturing company.

Contras:

Not as robust for a large manufacture less options

With the amount of time I've spent trying to get it to work, I might actually have been able to program better.

Comentarios: My experience has been pretty garbage, overall, to be completely honest. As a system, it works okay. Many, many aspects, such as the import/export function, are some of the worst examples of programming/knowledge I have seen in decades.

Puntos a favor:

It does 85% of what it should. Its functions are organized very well, looking past its archaic functions.

Contras:

Bugs, bugs, bugs. But most of all - Never getting resolution to deep technical issues. Surface-level issues of data entry are clearly support's bread and butter, but anything beyond that is guided out to a pasture to die of old age instead of being addressed.

Fishbowl Changed Our Business

Comentarios: The training experience was excellent and once we were fully up and running and felt comfortable, it's been such a game-changer for us.

Puntos a favor:

It's extremely helpful to track our inventory at multiple warehouses and for planning our future inventory needs. The wide array of reports is super helpful for a growing business such as ours. It's extremely helpful for us to be able to track what's been ordered by a customer, what is left in stock, and if we have anymore stock coming in. It's truly changed the way we do our business.

Contras:

It was definitely a learning curve for a lot of people on our team and some processes can be a little tricky until you fully understand exactly how it works.

New to Fishbowl - Love it

Comentarios: So far, so good. We have only been "active" for a few weeks but Fishbowl is already helping us track our inventory and sales orders.

Puntos a favor:

The training was thorough and we felt well prepared to start using Fishbowl. The interface is very intuitive and easy to work with.

Contras:

I would love to be able to have more customization features....like reporting; customizing the packing slips/invoices

Positive experience

Comentarios: Positive and we are happy with the connection between quickbooks and fishbowl. Allowed us to integrate a better warehouse management while keeping our accounting with quickbooks.

Puntos a favor:

Inventory management and ease of usez it also integrates with Quickbooks accounting.

Contras:

Reporting, hard to find the reports you want

Good ERP for a small to low medium sized company

Comentarios: There is a lot of support provided and a lot of good training videos.

Puntos a favor:

Simplicity and straightforward way to manage stock and shipments. The mobile app is great.

Contras:

Lack of data collection. There is only one date I can put on a Sales Order. I want to be able to put PO received date, PO request date, commit dates, etc. to help me keep track of on time delivery and know where we can improve using KPIs.

Food Production Fishbowl Success!

Puntos a favor:

The ease of learning, understanding, and putting into action all the necessary options it has. We needed to use it for a variety of different areas within the plant and it has proven beneficial in every department.

Contras:

The remote desktop can be frustrating at times

Excelent option

Comentarios: Everithing good so far, and the tech support support us a lot to solve all the issues

It is a very new concept as a data base manager with many options to grow up

Contras:

Sometimes we found limitations and they have to find the way to have options for all the companies
