We are able to utilize the tool to create solution that cater to any and all DICOM challenge we face including tag morphing, prior image retrieval, annotations routing, among others.  The workflows are easy to create and maintain, and the DICOM Systems support / professional services team is always available to assist in the creation of these solutions.  The user interface is easy to understand for our support staff, allowing them to identify and solve problems real-time.  Integration with any/all PACS and EMR platforms makes this an excellent "all-in-one" tool to solve most DICOM integration challenges.

I'm curious to know if DICOM Systems has more advanced intelligence to address this (in the past it's been a long alias list that can be defined and managed by admins)
