People regularly complain about getting locked out of account and not remembering password. Forgot password seems to rarely work. Mass emails have been locked up before and send at later dates. A few of the support staff have been excellent, but many emails go unanswered and our new staff untrained. > > There are lots of things that MyRec does well and ways it stands out from other systems. We were initially very excited about it. That excitement has dwindled a bit, mostly due to lack of support and design limitations. Before, we were the typical paper and cash registrations. MyRec has made our registrations so much more convenient for ourselves and our participants. Having everyone's information at our fingertips instead of filing through paperwork saves us so much time. It's great for promoting our programs, events, and other information we need to get out to our community. It's also been a great addition to our After Care program which has different rates for the amount of days registered. They have a difficult time completing the check out process and we end up getting a lot of phone calls. We suggest they use a computer, and once they do, everything works fine. If MyRec had a mobile app that allowed parents to register easily, view upcoming information, and see their programs at a glance, that would be the icing on top of the cake. > > We have had a great experience with MyRec so far. Parents and ourselves have appreciated the convenience and ease of it. Anytime we've had a question about something and called, everyone who we've spoken to has been more than helpful.
