Es un software perfecto como lo diseñaron en cuanto a su uso, es extremadamente intuitivo y fácil de manejar lo que hace una opción ideal para la gestión de citas y horarios, la verdad si que lo recomiendo es muy bueno.

Contras:

A pesar de que es un excelente software creo que si se ajustara un poco mas el precio seria mejor y mas exequible para cualquier empresa.

Me encanto la opcion para agendar sesiones grupales. Me facilita el entregar la informacion a varias personas sin necesidad de estar haciendo yo el trabajo. Me ha ahorrado bastante tiempo y me ayuda a concretar citas sin siquiera yo hacer nada.

Contras:

El precio lo considero algo alto comparado con otros software pero igual siento que no es igual a otros softwares. Ofrece mas funcionalidades.

Facil de utilizar cuando ya te asimilas

Es una propuesta excelente para coaching y servicios de asesoria ya sea medicos, psicologicos u otros, ya que da la posibilidad de ordenar y planificar muy bien.

Contras:

Falta vincular pagos con herramientas de pago en latinoamerca, como lo es transbank y mercadopago, además de presentar algun plan mas economico para partir y algo más intuitiva en su plataforma.

Comentarios: Era difícil para mi llevar una agenda, no tenia tampoco un sistema online que pudiera optimizar el poco sistema de reservacion que tenia, ahora es mas facil para mi y mis clientes

Lo que mas me gusta el la facilidad en que los usuarios puedes reservar las citas y el sistema de notificación de correos.

Contras:

el diseño para mi es un poco complicado tener la plataforma sin colores ni identificaciones en mi idioma que es el español

Comentarios: If there is something I want to create within my services or ask during my client's scheduling process, I love that I can customize that within Acuity. The service truly offers everything you can think of to customize each step of the scheduling journey.

Puntos a favor:

It's an all-in-one platform to show your calendar, allow booking, and take payments. Acuity really shines in its paid plans because then you can easily integrate features. It streamlines the booking process and saves time on your end. The Free plan can be effective if you have some alternative options for taking payments outside of the Acuity platform.

Contras:

All of the integrations such as: sending reminder emails, accepting payment methods, syncing to your personal calendar, etc are all paid only features. The Free plan is okay to start but quite limited. The lowest-priced paid plan feels like too big of a step up for business owners who are setting up their business but not yet bringing in reliable income.

Simple and flexible software that just simply works

Comentarios: Our company used Acuity scheduling for years without issues. Even when we tried other software, we always came back to Acuity but it just simply worked.

Puntos a favor:

Acuity is a simple and clean piece of software that is straightforward and insightful. It provides enough flexibility to be used in a number of applications. For our sports training business it allowed up to separate appointment types, create custom calendars and send notifications. I really liked that it interacted with our website so clients didnt have to leave our site to book a session.

Contras:

Reporting in acuity is a bit clunky for how we used the software. Instead of going off package pricing, acuity uses per session pricing which makes our revenue numbers look great but they are inaccurate. Additionally there are limited customization options for the booking pages unless you have advanced knowledge of CSS styling.

Comentarios: Acuity gets the job done and has many great and useful features. I never had a problem with it and would recommend it.

I like that I can have custom email reminders and follow up emails, use it for classes, use discount codes, and have many staff members use it. The calendar syncing feature is also really nice.

Contras:

I'm not a fan of the interface, its not always the most intuitive and the client facing side isn't the most attractive.

A Must for Small Businesses

Comentarios: Overall I had a great experience with Acuity. It is user-friendly on both sides and I liked the free option had enough features to be beneficial to my business.

Puntos a favor:

I like that Acuity Scheduling is user-friendly on the back and front ends. It is easy to add to my email signature for access to potential clients and easy for me to log-on and see my calendar.

Contras:

I had some frustrations when I wanted to integrate it into my website. So the go around I found was to put it on my email. It did make it a little for difficult for those that did not contact me first to get on my calendar.

Not intuitive, Techy Interface, Support Not Great

Comentarios: I use it. It functions for what I need. I'm glad for some features. I have been using it for a very long time. But, I don't like the interface. There are issues I'd like to solve and ways to use it that are not easy and intuitive to figure out. Also there are ways to use it that I don't know how to find.

Puntos a favor:

Integrates with squarespace. I don't believe anything else does and I believe squarespace bought out acuity so there you go. I know a lot of huge businesses use acuity so I'm open to learning how to use it more effectively.

Contras:

Acuity does not make using it easy to learn, navigate or figure out. Their help features really stink. They have all this writing you can put into your availability type. I thought this was emailed to the client when they received their link. So I put all this time into writing up my parameters etc. and no one was following them. Finally I figured out that it is only shown when someone is scheduling and since I schedule in my coaching clients they never even see it! I didn't figure this out for 2 years! I still don't know how to put the writing in the correct place. I see it with other's using acuity. I also hate the interface. I love Calendy's interface. Clean, simple, intuitive. Acuities is very program or techy and not intuitive. Also, when you export your client into it does not keep all their appointment info which is what I needed and so I lost all that data and there is no way to export it. And, I didn't know I would be loosing it until it was already done.

Acuity Scheduling has eased the pressure of scheduling for meetings by making the whole scheduling process very simple, quick and less attention demanding. With Acuity Scheduling, finding a suitable time for scheduling has become easier than before.

Beyond it all has been how easy and straightforward it was to learn how to use Acuity Scheduling to create meeting schedules. I have also had an amazing experience with the task automations that help automatically find the right date and time to schedule for a meeting. Acuity Scheduling also has excellent reminders that ensures that am always on the know about upcoming scheduled meetings. Its activity dashboard provides a clear picture of all my scheduling activities making ot easy to track them.

Contras:

I have not had any unpleasing experiences with Acuity Scheduling and definitely have nothing bad to comment about.

I also get notified through my email when a booking is made. And also the wait-list calendar has ensured we don't have colliding appointments which has proven to be paramount in embracing a hospitality driven approach to hair care.

Comes with a slick and straightforward UI that makes it user friendly without prior knowledge. Acuity Scheduling delivers a range of features that we have found very helpful in running our day to day beauty salon business. We are able to create appointments for the different services we offer while customizing it to including details like duration, prices, description and images to highlight those services. As a staff member Iam added in the acuity and it allows me to find upcoming appointments and manage booking. I have also managed to create my own calendar soo I can be booked personally and enables me enter the specific hours Iam a available which I have synced with my personal email for notifications and alerts. It is also easy to offer discounts for those diehard clients soo that we off some amount on their next appointment. Integrating it with stripe payments has streamlined the collection of online payment during booking and record payments made in person. Lastly tracking the use of Acuity Scheduling using the report functionality allows for improvement.

Contras:

Acuity scheduling is the master of conveniences through coordinated bookings and salon appointments. The information available online and it's responsive technical team has ensured that our use experience has no hutches.

Makes Appointments Easy

Comentarios: Nothing but good things to say about Acuity Scheduling. Great app for planning, booking, updating, scheduling... You name it! I really like the integration with other services to promote your business though software like Instagram or Facebook and how easy it makes it for customers to work with us on them. Great success using this program!

Puntos a favor:

The communication is top tier. There is a significant decrease in scheduling conflicts. Time management is spectacular. There are real-time availability updates, which is nice. Booking appointments is made easy along with rescheduling or updating them.

Contras:

The pricing is a little off just because you have to pay more for what you need but then receive far too much more than needed. There is no middle ground. Also there are some scheduling limits. Other than that all can be overcome and/or worked through.

Its integration with my Square Space website was seamless and efficient, making it a convenient tool for managing appointments.There is also the possibility to integrate with many apps for branding and marketing like Mailchimp. Positive Aspects: Easy Integration: The integration with Square Space was a major plus. It simplified the appointment booking process for both me and my clients.

Negative Aspect: Limited Payment Options: I was disappointed that I couldn't charge patients the full price upfront when booking an appointment. The deposit-only option was restrictive for my business needs.

This would provide more flexibility for businesses and potentially increase revenue. Overall, I found Acuity Scheduling to be a valuable tool for managing appointments.
