BigTime is incredibly inexpensive and easy to get into compared to competing software. If you have a dedicated team, you could be implemented in as little as a month.
The only thing I can say we really dislike about BigTime is not having a "clock-in, clock-out" function. Meaning the software does not record the time of day you start and end.

Comentarios: En general, me parece una gran herramienta si lo que quieres es facilitar y agilizar tu trabajo, por todas las funciones que ofrece, creo que es una de las mejores opciones a utilizar.
Puntos a favor:
Lo que más me ha gustado es su capacidad para facilitar y gestionar tu trabajo. Tiene muchas funciones que hacen posible todo lo que imaginas, desde gestionar los proyectos, realizar operaciones...
Contras:
Lo único a mejorar quizás sea el diseño del propio software, para que así sea un poco más dinámico en las gestión de proyectos.

Este aplicativo permite llevar un control de tiempo y gastos aparte de tener una variedad de herramientas muy utiles.
Contras:
No tengo quejas por el momento me ha funcionado muy bien.

Comentarios: Through the BigTime Wallet, sending and receiving invoices is a breeze. BigTime has improved the speed with which we are paid. The fact that it integrates with Quickbooks makes billing a breeze. Using BigTime wallet, you can get paid much more quickly.

It's simple to use, and the help desk service is excellent. Brittany U. and I got on a Zoom session to discuss the problem, and we were able to address it quickly. You can count on an immediate response from the support team, or at least a prompt reply.
Contras:
Until the features are explained in greater detail, they may be difficult to use. Is there a way to add files or links to external files to a project? Not yet, at least.

New to Big Time
Comentarios: The implementation process was time consuming but thorough and we had plenty of assistance along the way. There are various way to learn the systems which is great for a team that may not be able to commit to learning at the same time.
Puntos a favor:
Big Time is so easy to use for time entry, project tracking and reporting. The capabilities of the system are very impressive and the team is committed to continuing to product enhancements.
Contras:
The amount of time required to get through the data conversion preparation, reviewing data, training and learning to setup the system.
Software only good at time tracking, not billing management.
Comentarios: This product was grossly misrepresented to me by the sales team. They don't understand the capabilities of the software and only want to make a sale. It is not a good software for me and a terrible fit. I specifically said I didn't want to have to integrate with QB and now that is the only option I have to get reports and billing invoices. It will take many hours to reconcile back to QB and at this point, it would take less time to start over with a new software.

It is easy to input time and create the invoices.
Contras:
I don't like the fact that I can't generate a report of services billed. You have to integrate with another software like QB to get any information on sales by item. You can't easily see how much a client owes you without manually adding up the outstanding invoices and the credits don't apply. There is no way to generate a billing invoice in BigTime. Basically it is only useful to track time and create invoices. Also, BigTime Wallet is unreliable for depositing payments. It take more than ten days in some situations.
Customer Service
Comentarios: Invoicing and interfacing with QuickBooks is a huge plus for my business

Comentarios: Our firm is very happy with Big Time. We have been using the software for almost three years and it has evolved nicely into a very important tool in our daily use. We use it for project time tracking, budgeting, task management, and invoice prep and tracking - it meets a great need for us!

I have nothing negative to say about Big Time. From customer support to online Knowledge Base, the answers to most questions can be found easily. The training and follow up support has been top notch. We are very happy with Big Time!

Makes things easy
Comentarios: Everything has been great with BigTime; set up was very quick and easy and any questions or issues get dealt with very fast. Had to reach out today for an issue and Top resolved it in minutes.

Solid Platform for Professional Services Organizations
Comentarios: Automating, improving, and reducing time and cost required to process weekly time and expense. Providing reporting and audit-ability across the entire process with a few button clicks vs having to sort through manual data collection templates.
Puntos a favor:
Overall, we have been very happy with BigTime and its use in support of our field consultants. Our production implementation went smoothly and their staff provided helpful training and support to assist us with our launch. In addition, we have been very pleased with the configurability of the platform - just about every time we wanted to do something a certain way, for example how we wanted to display the form for our field's timesheet data entry, there was a way to configure the system to our liking. Also, we have been very impressed with the speed of the system and the design of the user interface. It's very responsive, easy to use, and everything is laid out intuitively. Also, the Reporting module is very comprehensive and it provides a way to pull data just about any which way one could want. BigTime has also been responsive and helpful in helping to support us when certain custom reports were required and we needed some guidance. Special thanks to both CSRs for their support with our implementation.
Contras:
We have no outstanding support tickets currently and we have only seen a few small glitches but once we bring them to the vendors attention there is usually a way to correct it or some type of acceptable workaround. As far as suggested areas we think they can improve upon, one would be having the ability to set up to send specific invoices to multiple customer contacts on the To: line. Another area for improvement is sometimes the bill rate isn’t pulled into the invoicing module consistently so we have to re-enter all the rates in that particular project code. As far as platform enhancements to make BigTime even better, we have suggested the ability to enhance the Allocations module so a manager can forecast a resource across multiple projects within the same or multiple accounts from the same screen/grid. Today this must be done via clicking into each project in the Project List section which is time consuming and a little clunky. This would be huge for us since we have a number of consultants who work on multiple projects across a given week/month/etc. Another enhancement would be to provide easy-to-pull reports that show a consultants profitability (revenue generated minus cost) across a given date range. This is not currently doable with the platform, but all the data is there since the system maintains both bill rate and cost-level information. We are hoping these items make their way onto the product roadmap here in the relative near future.

Easy to use software with great customer support
Comentarios: As I've said above, fee tracking and time tracking have really tightened up for our company thanks to BigTime. We're able to know the health of our projects in one click with a report.

We moved to BigTime from QuickBooks Online because we needed deeper control of our time entries and fee tracking. The Report Center really leverages the data entered into the system so that at a push of a button your data is organized and presented in an easy to understand report. Custom reports are a great feature, and with the help of the support team you can create whatever report your company needs. Thanks to BigTime we've been able to track the health of our projects with precision, and the overall health of our company has BigTime to thank. Contras:
As BigTime has grown over the years they've taken their users suggestions to heart. If a feature isn't currently active on BigTime it most likely is in the pipeline for future integration. We've seen our suggestions turn into real features throughout the duration of our use of the platform which is always great to see when companies listen to their customers. Sometimes the reporting center isn't as intuitive as you'd like it to be, but with a little help from their support team they can help custom build your reports with you.
