Comentarios: Resaltar la facilidad de la configuración de la herramienta.
La versión gratuita es básica pero muy funcional y amigable.
Por el coste en el plan free como de pago, es uno de los mejores del mercado actual.

Contras:

La visualización de la herramienta es demasiado minimalista. Se podria mejorar para ser mas visual.

la facilidad de uso y la flexibilidad para crear etiquetas

Contras:

no permite realizar filtrados por etiquetas (por ejemplo al añadir una lista no puedes filtrar por esos valores)

Poder escribir notas dentro de los "post-it" de las tareas a realizar

Contras:

No he visto nada que no me gustará, podria decir el precio de 9€ mes por usuario

Comentarios: My overall experience with Kanban has been excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Puntos a favor:

I love how simple and easy it is to set up and use. I think the AI integration is seamless and helpful. I also think it's wonderful how many of their features they don't hide behind a paywall and yet there is still great benefit to the paid version.

Contras:

The visuals are a bit simplistic. I would love it to be a bit more streamlined.

Early days of managing my personal "me do" backlog while I take a career break

For my current use, it had basic features available for free. The application was seamlessly accessible via browser and the mobile app. Must-have features worked with no issue at all.

Contras:

For now, nothing comes to mind as I've been using the free version. I hope to access additional features in the coming weeks so that I have a better 'story' to tell about my completed stories and I can share my board with my partner.

Best tool for task planning and task management

Comentarios: It has become a must in my daily job. I can't stay without it

The easy to use interface, the appeareance, the variety of tools available. It is one of the most useful tools for organizing my job.

Contras:

There is no space for update the process of a task, appart from comments (which are not visible at first glance) or check lists.

The customizability is my favorite part. Especially all the background design choices. I picked a colorful picture of succulents and made all my task colors match the plants. I enjoy looking at the board and that's nice since I look at it all day

Contras:

I would love to be able sort by my chosen criteria and have it always sort by that but they chose to go with the traditional way a Kanban board works. I can respect that. I can still sort them by my preferred criteria so I don't mind

Comentarios: Overall it was very efficient to track the tasks and accomplishments on quaterly basis

Comentarios: I've found the Kanban Tool effective for organizing our business and also my personal processes. It allows team to work on multiple boards with proper access protections. The single sign-on ensures easy authentication and login. Full control over columns, card types, and templates makes each board uniquely suited to its needs. The optional Power-Ups add useful capabilities with complete control for each board.

Puntos a favor:

Using a Kanban Tool board greatly increases our project execution productivity and streamlines our team. This visual, easy-to-use tool is effective for managing projects and tasks, and users adapt quickly. However, having used other tools, I'm not particularly impressed with this one despite its affordability. We are still testing the product and will consider if we will use it in future.

Contras:

At the moment, I can't identify any cons.

the best tool for organization

Comentarios: This year I was looking for a tool to organize all my courses, and I found this one. I really love this tool because it's very useful. I noticed that I improved considerably in organization, and I believe I can say that I obtained better grades by putting absolutely everything I had to do on it. It's a great tool for students.

I love the simplicity of the platform. It's very useful if you don't want to spend time figuring out how to use every tool. I really appreciate it, and I also find the aesthetics very comfortable. I organize my university courses with it, and it's very useful to put all my tasks with dates so I don't forget them.

Contras:

There aren't many tools to change the color of the tables and the background.

Kanban Tool For Mortgage Brokerage

Comentarios: I have spent 6 months looking for a cost effective Kanban tool. I have tried multiple CRM systems and Kanban tools throughout all of which have appeared overly complex, daunting and off putting without ever really giving me what I need as a sole trader. Kanbans flexibility, affordable low monthly cost and system functionality is perfect for me as a mortgage broker. I would gladly (and have) recommended this to other colleagues in the industry.

Contras:

Email task reminders take you direct to the clients card however sometimes for a client I can have multiple tasks so having the email specific to the task that is due that day would save time reviewing your clients card to establish which task is due on that given day.

This is such a fantastic tool! Things are going really great so far. I use it for my work as a Delivery Manager to organize ERP Support cases. This is so far the best Kanban software that I have ever used.

Contras:

The best thing about it is the simplicity, powerful embedded features, and time logging capabilities.

Kanban Tool has the flexibility to suit an incredibly wide range of uses. Can be used to track teamwork, process task management, or project developments, as best suits the user's needs.

Contras:

The formatting and loading of initial information for our use, was straightforward but time consuming. It's now maintainable as part of the workflow.

An emerging Kanban Tool

Comentarios: A very positive experience. Easy to start. Took me a few minutes on my phone to create this. Any other platform would have taken me a solid hour to understand the options and full blown laptop to see it. Also has responsive(enough) design to see on mobile devices

Puntos a favor:

It is simple to setup. If you know the basics of Kanban and just want to get started and running, it does all those jobs. It doesn't overwhelm you with a million different options and scare you away

Contras:

More integrations needed. Simplicity comes with it's cons. It is simple to start up, but if you want integrations, it lacks in that regard with other players in the market ( albeit those software/platforms are lot more daunting to begin with)

Get Organized with Kanban

Kanban is a fantastic task management and collaboration tool, allowing team members to visualize tasks, deadlines, and achievements all I'm one place.

Contras:

Kanban does the basics, but it misses the mark in a few places. A few simple upgrades, like collaborative document accessing (think SharePoint), would make it complete.

Kanban helps everyone build a more dynamic workflow.

Comentarios: Love it

The organization and ability to track Jira tickets and issues. To see where every project is at in real time with documentation.

Contras:

Easy to integrate once our engineers got used to it. As we scaled, it was a challenge to move from Slack and email (old habits die hard) but this board helped us as we grew. And we grew exponentially in the past 2 years.

Pure Kanban

Comentarios: We were using other systems to track our projects, we tried several and our associates didn't identify themselves with any of them, we try it all, time managers, other online tools, none worked until we found out Kanban Tool, since the beginning we fell in love with the tool, they are tracking their work better than ever before, now they don't feel pressured or intimidated by the tools is easy simple take them seconds to track their work and overall we are happy campers.

The clean and intuitive user interface, it's really easy to feed and get information from the system, the personalization is great to, having your own domain, simplifies integration with internal systems, for us security is very important because we manage sensitive projects for our customers and Kanban Tool complies with our requirements like SSO, 2FA and user roles. The customization features are great too, you can start working with the system out of the box and once you are immerse in the daily activities you can customize the system to fit your needs it has lots of options at your disposal.

Contras:

I think small business should have high quality options to start, it would be great that the free version had at least a 4 users for free, but well I understand is a business too

When working as software development manager with multiple teams juggling many priorities and interruptions, I found the Kanban methodology extraordinarily beneficial in helping to organize multiple complex work streams. This affordable Kanban tool provides the same benefits for managing my personal affairs and volunteer organization commitments, by helping me easily break down often daunting/unpleasant epics into manageable chunks and defining the custom workflow I need to most effectively actually progress/accomplish them.

Contras:

No shortcomings yet for my use but will update if I uncover any.

Amazing Software

Comentarios: I am a power user, so it is never easy for me to find a software that fits all my needs, but Kanban Tool performance and beauty went above and beyond my expectations, I can't remember the last time when I was this happy with a software. I highly recommend to everyone to try it. Trial does not require a credit card, and support is available to answer any questions that users might have. It is a product made and maintained with love and care, it is perfect.

I have tried many Kanban solutions out there but non comes anywhere near Kanban Tool. It is a whole new level of flexibility and clean and beautiful UI. I was able to find every single functionality that I was looking for, therefore I was able to set it up exactly the way I wanted. The UI is so clean and beautiful that it helps me instantly clear my mind and focus on the work with joy. Perfect tool if you need to add extra clarity to your life.

Contras:

No cons whatsoever, I absolutely love this product.
