I started off on the standard plan, but as I like things branded to me and my business I had to upgrade, and this just ended up costing the business hefty sums which we could not afford.
Unable to message a class via the app if a teacher changes or the class is cancelled.

Es una aplicación muy intuitiva y me da toda la información que necesito.
Además mis alumnos puedes gestionar sus reservas cómodamente.

Facilidad de usar la aplicación tanto como gestora como alumna
Contras:
La traducción al castellano. Hay bastantes palabras que la traduccion al mi idioma me dificulta entender a que se refiere y no son las mas adecuadas.

Honestamente no hay nada que no me gusto de esta app

Comentarios: Sales, leads, marketing, basically everything I need to operate a boutique studio. I like the waiting list feature and how easy it looks to make it both branded to my company and tailored to exactly what me and my clients need. I’m looking forward to starting the build process to see how it goes. The experience so far has been all good Fromm y perspective.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of Communication, with regular follow ups from sales team. Very friendly and helpful, giving lots of experienced based tips to help me get started. Seems to be simple system to operate, which is important for me as I’m not very technical with IT. I liked that we could discuss everything about the product and there wasn’t any pressure to go with GloFox. It just simply was the best value product for what I need. The app looks great, and I think going for the Gold option from the outset was the best idea, as it means my clients can be used to using the app right from the start, rather than just using web services initially and then having to change.
Contras:
Nothing really, only thing I have noted is no compatibility with Spivi - which won’t be an issue but just something I’ll need to sort separately. I can’t see too many downsides at the moment, everything so far from first contact to agreeing to partner has been flawless.

Comentarios: The initial onboarding was a bit chaotic due to my personal reasons and the personal reasons of my assigned onboarding manager. Now that I have finally gotten a hold of Customer success managers [sensitive content hidden], I have been able to have very productive meetings and correct a lot of inefficiencies and incorrect setups that were not correct during the onboarding process.

[sensitive content hidden] have been super helpful with correcting some of my initial onboarding errors or inefficiencies!
Contras:
Some of the support team. is not equipped to handle most of the features.

Comentarios: Awful! I would 100% stay away and save your money. Mindbody is criminally expensive and I would rather go there because their customer service was miles better.

Surface level, it looks pretty, easy to use and has a good customer user interface.
Contras:
Their customer service is awful. I was told "I don't know, here's a YouTube video." They deactivated my entire business by accident, deleting all of my memberships and billing cycles. They were unable to fix it other than reopening the account to everything being deleted. Then refused to help or compensate us for lost revenue.
Definitely recommend. Great end-use experience

Super easy end-user experience. Owner dashboard also pretty simple to use. Onboarding has been very smooth with quick bespoke app developed.
Contras:
App showing 4 weeks in advance (as per settings), web portal showing 2 and half months in advance. Struggling with support to fix it.

Comentarios: [sensitive content hidden] has been absolutely brilliant making sure the onboarding has been stress fress but thorough at the same time. When I've had question the response with video explanation - makes life much easier !

Louise is 1 in a million
Comentarios: It started off as a negative one but now I’m fully onboarded it’s turned into a positive after all the help I received from Louise

My onboarding manager Louise. I’ll be honest I found Glofox itself a bit rocky, as from the start I felt very miss sold however, Louise restored to faith in the company.
Contras:
The hidden fees throughout from the cost not including VAT to the costs associated with amplify and so on.

Comentarios: It was long but [sensitive content hidden] made it easy and nice.. she supported me all the time and was always there to help and support and explain all I need to learn. She the implementation much easier and helped even in her vacation.

I like how quickly [sensitive content hidden] would respond and get back to me! Being in higher ed, we can get busy really fast once the semester has started, [sensitive content hidden] did a great job of checking in and making sure we have everything we need.
Contras:
The timing of receiving our product was not the best due to the semester starting but overall, it was nice have a great support team.

Where do I start? Everything…from the setup…to dealing with their employees and their schedules, the errors that it has regarding payments and modifying a class, the bad integration with websites, when you cancel they play like you didn’t follow their steps…seriously explore more options before you get into this mess of an app
Strong Outdoor Fitness
Comentarios: Great, the support team is very good and helpful. Everything is easy to use and they have great options within the app.

Easy to use for the member's to book, get confirmations and see their booking on the app. Great back end information and easy to use for the owner
Contras:
Nothing, everything is easy to set up and the app can be customised to your business
Great gym management software
Comentarios: I would like to mention Colm Jones, I have been in touch with him several times and his service is just out of this world to meet my needs.

Can't really recall anything that I don't like, a couple things might be cool if they were added like bettering the discount code use, a couple more marketing tools, some social interaction within the app would be bonkers!!!
Horrible customer service
Comentarios: Awful! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people answering the phones are very nice, but they have no answers to any questions and the managers won’t call you back.

I don’t know. The customer service was so awful I never was able to experience their services.
Contras:
If you are ok with waiting 48 hours to fix any issues you have with your Glofox app, then you will be fine. I sent several emails trying to get a call back to receive help with an onboarding dilemma and could not get help from Glofox. You will get someone from customer service to answer, but no one that can actually help with an issue. If you end up needing to speak to a manager, you will never get a response. Way over priced for the service you getS.

Contras:
There are tier systems understandable, I would say the jump in price between tiers is fairly signifiant
Horrible Customer service, money hungry
Comentarios: Horrible customer service. Sold my gym in February 2023 and was charged extra payments of $1,239 in May, August and October. The June payment they got me on a technicality saying that I needed to give 30days notice before the next 3 month instalment was due. (I gave 23days). They charge you in 3 month blocks whether you are using the product of not. They then charged me again in October even after they said they would not charge me again Its not a cheap service, and especially expensive when you haven't used it for 8months and are still getting charged. Operating system isnt that good to put up with the rude staff and poor customer service Would NOT recommend.

When my meeting was with [sensitive content hidden] . He spent more than 45min to explain to me everything and answer all my questions. I found Glofox app so easy to use. And other team member from Glofox [sensitive content hidden] also very helpful , answer all my questions immediately.

Basically I can easily manage everything from registration to Finance

Comentarios: I haven't experienced any app outages or latency problems. Undoubtedly, Glofox has simplified a lot of processes.Once it is set up, I really don't need to do anything.It was wonderful.

The software is simple to navigate and utilize.I really appreciate how simple the backend setup was. The program's best feature by far is this one. Clients get very direct access to programs and events taking place inside the facility, and it is quite simple to use. Customer Services is always on hand to provide information.
Contras:
The software is fairly simple to use and browse, but it was a little difficult for me to set up the membership the way I desired. Otherwise, nothing challenging exists.
