Elegant design and great user interfaces. It does everything we need for a fraction of the cost of the big-name ATS.

Puntos a favor:

We can Manage the recruitment and hiring process in one place
Comentarios: It reduces the amount of time required to upload, filter, categorize, and process each candidate manually. It helps us keep track of every prospect, regardless of whether or not they're a good fit. When managing new employees and keeping track of all meetings, interviews, and other stages required is a problem, you might want to give this a shot. Your hiring procedure may be made a little easier or at the very least more organized as a result.
Puntos a favor:
My favorite part of emails is the seen function, which lets me know when a candidate has looked at one of my messages. Recognition of names by the app using automations and artificial intelligence (AI). Integration with other project management applications is an excellent idea. Manual cv picking is sped up significantly.
Contras:
The program can only be used to check one job application at a time, therefore it can't open many URLs at the same time to examine multiple resumes. As long as the initial URL is not copied and pasted into a new browser window.

A well-rounded and easy to use ATS
Comentarios: I'm impressed with Breezy's continuous product improvements and feature releases. I've also had such positive experiences with their customer success team. It's also very well-priced - you can grow with Breezy as your team grows without it becoming a huge business expense.
Puntos a favor:
Breezy has everything you need in an ATS. The templates and automation are a particularly nice touch. For instance, making and managing your offers in Breezy is very handy.
Contras:
A minor improvement is having something automated when assigning tasks yourself. It feels redundant to have to go through adding yourself each time, especially when you use Breezy as your default task manager.

Best in cloud-based recruitment and applicant tracking software.
Comentarios: It's worth noting that the features and functionalities of Breezy software may evolve over time, and new updates and improvements may be introduced. It's always recommended to refer to the official Breezy website or contact their support for the most up-to-date information.
Puntos a favor:
Applicant Screening and Evaluation: Breezy allows recruiters to screen applicants with customizable filters, screening questions, and pre-screening assessments. This helps streamline the initial screening process and identify top candidates efficiently.Customizable Workflows: Breezy allows users to design and automate their hiring workflows based on their specific needs and requirements. This flexibility helps ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the hiring process.
Contras:
Learning Curve: Implementing a new software solution like Breezy requires a learning curve for both recruiters and hiring teams. It may take time for users to familiarize themselves with the software's features and functionalities, which could temporarily impact productivity.Cost: Breezy is a paid software, and the cost may be a consideration for organizations, particularly small businesses or startups with limited budgets. The pricing structure of Breezy depends on factors such as the number of users and additional features required.

Help To Recruit And Onboard Applicant Seamlessly
Comentarios: We can utilize several systems for recruiting and organizing application monitoring. We can also organize interviews and maintain a record of applicants during the hiring process. Breezy HR can aid to remind me of the candidates I've previously interviewed if I've forgotten them.
Puntos a favor:
I like that it provides one central location to store candidates' information which is very beneficial while tracking progress to fill different roles. It enables me to keep track of every candidate I've spoken with by taking notes, updating their status, and automatically sending emails. It's a reliable ATS that enables us to use additional job boards and increase the pool of candidates.
Contras:
Scorecards and other important materials are not available. The time it takes for a job ad to get live is 24 hours. Once the candidate scheduled the interview, you are unable to reschedule it through the website.

Awesome introductory Applicant Tracking System for Smaller Businesses
Puntos a favor:
As a company that didn't have a ton of money to spend on an ATS, Breezy had everything we needed for a very affordable price. The layout is easy to understand and implement, and new features are always being added to make the software better.
Contras:
It is an introductory ATS and functions as such. Tools that large companies need such as compliance and automation are available, but still feel like Beta features without the robustness that you would find in a more expensive software.

Easy Recruitment
Comentarios: Overall, we have been very happy with Breezy and plan on continuing to utilize the program for our recruitment needs.
Puntos a favor:
Breezy has a number of comprehensive features that make recruitment a breeze, pun intended. We have a number of job postings that must be made at any given moment and easily modified. With Breezy, we can accomplish that very quickly and easily and, most importantly, we have received a good number of applicants to our postings.
Contras:
It would be nice if there was a quicker way to refresh postings when time has lapsed.

We selected BreezyHR for the nice balance of a) modern, clean, easy-to-use UX, b) affordable price range, c) decent level of functionality, d) ability to run high-quality structured hiring (including reducing unconscious bias). We've been very pleased on most fronts.
Contras:
My minor complaints are there are a couple user flows that aren't intuitive. One or two bugs. One of two things you can't customize without fully clicking through. Oh and also the hours of customer service are US based, whereas we're in UK

ATS for New/growing companies
Comentarios: For the past 2 months, it has been a good experience. We'll see if we would have a paid subscription on the future.
Puntos a favor:
This software helped us in cleaning and streamlining our hiring process. With this, we have lessen the paper trails for the overall recruitment process as all details can be viewed within the dashboard itself. Saves time and effort to share the details to the hiring team.
Contras:
Some functions are not available for free users. We are still considered as a start up company and we currently don't have a big allocation for recruitment tools and ATS. If there's a way that some paid functions can be used by free users like us (bulk upload, bulk sharing of CV's etc.).

A done-for-you repeatable hiring process
Comentarios: Breezy helps us hire better candidates faster. It also gets us out of the weeds and helps us stay organized and focused on our entire recruitment and hiring process from a helicopter view. Having the ability to sort and prioritize candidates based on our core qualifications and diversity goals makes it easy for us to act on the things we say we're going to do as a business.
Puntos a favor:
The thing I like most about Breezy is that is shows us how to hire like a company that's much bigger than we actually are (minus the unnecessary admin and red tape). As a busy startup founder, I was wasting way too much time bouncing back and forth between Trello, Google sheets and email. For our remote team of 5, I think the Automated Questionnaires, Video Assessments and Team Scorecards were probably the features that saved us the most time. My team lead can easily screen and curate the top candidates quickly (despite the fact that we get literally hundreds of applicants for each open position) so that all I have to do is go in and say yay or nay. All the communication happens right there where the candidate profiles are so there's no need to ping each other in Slack or email or whatever. You've got everything you need in one screen.
Contras:
No cons that I can think of at this time. It's an amazing tool as is!

You WILL ask yourselves "How did we survive without this?"
Comentarios: I will TRY to make this brief as there is WAY WAY WAYYYYYYYY TOO MUCH AWESOMENESS to go on about here. The VALUE proposition is massive. Speed of service AND the ability to EXPEDITE decision making by our internal and client teams.... that goes BEYOND a simple ROI calc and becomes a "Ease of Doing Business" - OCM style metric. Candidates ARE our customers. The C-sat scores we get, and the RELATIONSHIPS we are building with applicants who evolve into candidates.... has been transformative at every level for our clients. Our CLIENTS are blown away by the workflows, the consistent communications, and again.... the SPEED at which culture aligned, technically over qualified, motivated people are coming to them for final interviews ready to start.
Puntos a favor:
The 3 biggest pieces of BREEZY that are CRITICAL to our business: 1st - speed of service 2nd - reduction of tools 3rd - centralization of communication SPEED OF SERVICE The ability to integrate with SLACK allowing us to reply to applicants with templates AND actually have dialogs when they become candidates was paramount to ensure positive candidate experiences. The BULK of HR/Recruitment engagements are canned, heartless replies - and Millenial "ghosting" style messaging. REDUCTION OF TOOLS The APIs for integration to our search and listing platforms AND the robust communication tools enable us to ALL use BREEZY as a "close to one stop" shop. We STILL need to post feeds and set up listing accounts AND we are pointing them ALL to BREEZY. The Google and HIRETUAL integrations are phenomenal. COMMUNICATIONS Internally having our conversations AND externally scheduling and engaging the candidates ALL IN ONE PLACE. NO MORE EMAIL CLUTTER. NO MORE BACK AND FORTH EXCUSES. Just a SINGLE source of TRUTH holding us ALL accountable to the candidate and each other.
Contras:
Because we use BREEZY a MINIMUM of like 3 hours of our day - AND - it is in the cloud - there CAN be some slow times. These slow times have NOTHING to do with BREEZY and EVERYTHING to do with normal Internet traffic times. The Breezy DevOps teams are always working on new features, and SUPER responsive to requests. We have made several and will make more, AND YET, out of the "cloud" box - there is nothing to really state as a CON. I would advise against their Video Calling at this time - coming from my background at Cisco Systems - I am hyper partial to WebEx and Zoom calls. Breezy team are working on evolving the calendaring and video calling components though.

Breezy as helpful hiring tool
Comentarios: Overall, it is still user friendly. Automation features especially for emails and questionnaires provide ease and seamless process. New hiring managers can easily navigate through it without much orientation.
Puntos a favor:
Able to customize the pipelines to suit our needs. Scheduler for interviews is helpful especially with the recent integration to Zoom. Reports/Analytics lead us to take proactive actions in our hiring strategies.
Contras:
Some features would be most helpful if implemented like: Locations to drill down to specific region/cities. Right now, we are stuck with choosing a country . If we want to cover a region, we can't tick multiple countries. Also specifying in the Activity reports when a job is actually activated and when it is closed. It is not among the current reports. This is very helpful to track the Fill in rate for a job. Another thing is maybe providing another time option for video recording and not just limit it to 1 minute.
Joe
Overall Breezy has really streamlined our hiring process and cut our admin time down considerably.
Comentarios: We used to manage our seasonal hiring through gmail and spreadsheets, so it's much easier now to go through the process, leaving us more time in our day!
Puntos a favor:
The ability to not only have email templates but to automate the sending of them with placeholders for the position and candidate name is a great feature. The visual pipeline is great, and being able to change a candidate's status from multiple access points makes it really easy to move candidates through the pipeline without actually having to go back to that view every time. The layout is simple, but the customization is powerful, so we were really able to customize the process so we are doing the same things we used to do through email, just much faster.
Contras:
The meeting scheduling didn't work for us, and we ended up using a service called Calendly for setting up interviews since they allow us to provide one link and let the interviewee choose any available date, versus us having to offer specific dates, which takes up more time and makes the scheduling management more complicated. But since that process is outside of breezy, there is the extra step of then moving them through the pipeline. It would be nice if Breezy could have the option of letting the candidate choose from any available time, so we don't have to manually choose a time, then they could be automatically moved through the pipeline when they schedule. The handling of repeat applicants is also not as intuitive as we'd like. Even when an applicant applies with the same email address, they show up as a separate profile. We've had the problem where if someone applies through indeed and we move them into breezy, the email is different so there's no way to know right away if they are a repeat. Also, we hire a seasonal team every year, so we'd love a way to flag people who come back, especially if we didn't hire them in the past. We tend to not hire people we've rejected, so we want to make sure we don't bring them in for an interview

Plug & play SaaS ATS for small and mid-size companies that will make you want to recruit!
Puntos a favor:
The best part of Breezy is its simplicity and intuitiveness which make it fun to use and therefore great collaboration tool. Breezy offers any company to have in no time all the necessary tools to start recruiting properly: easy candidate creation, automatic job posting, candidate management, recruiting web page, employer branding options, referral tool and many more features are constantly added to improve UX. Support is reactive (during US working hours) and usually helpful.
Contras:
Improvement could be made on localisation and the Breezy recruiting website. It is difficult to fully integrate to a company website and the presentation is fine for a small amount of positions but UX/UI can be affected if too many position (3 presentation options). There are no possibilities to register multiple locations for positions. Targeted jobboards are adapted for the US and improvement could be made for other countries (France)... some work needs to be done to be a perfect product outside of the US.

Puntos a favor:
Is great overall. Smoothly combines functionality with aesthetics. In terms of implementation, the integration with our current way of work was easy to make, also, given the simplicity of the interface was quickly accepted for the team members to lear and use.

Breezy Across the World
Comentarios: We've realized the benefits of having one location for applicants, job postings and resumes from all over the world. Our company is based in Bologna Italy and has offices in Germany, UK, Bulgaria, South Africia, Brazil and many more. Having one software and one location makes it all seemless.
Puntos a favor:
I like that our colleagues from all over the world have one place to go for recruiting and tracking applicants.

Migrated to Breezy in a few days with no issues, greater automation, better tools than we had before
Comentarios: Great tech support. The onboarding and migration went much smoother than anticipated.
Puntos a favor:
We were notified by our prior ATS system provider that they were going to increase our costs significantly with just a few days notice. We were literally able to migrate 10s of thousands of our applicants to Breezy in a matter of days (although the background processing of our historical data took a few days longer). We had all of the automations that we needed and so far have been extremely impressed.
Contras:
Nothing that comes to mind at this point. It has been a far better solution than our previous ATS system.

Still my favorite ATS
Comentarios: We took Alectrona from an unmanaged state to a managed one for recruiting and applicant tracking, and couldn't be happier. Breezy enables our small hiring team to efficiently process a good volume of applicants, makes comparisons relatively easy, and makes it easy to visualize our progress.
Puntos a favor:
Easy to set up and configure. Reasonably easy to manage. Video assessments are a killer feature for me; saving immense amounts of time in candidate screening. Breezy support has been very helpful in troubleshooting and resolving issues with partner job boards.
Contras:
The admin UI is... challenging. Functional, certainly, but not particularly easy to comprehend or navigate. Automations and communications can be configured at multiple levels in some cases (such as on an assessment question, for the assessment itself, and for the pipeline stage), meaning that it isn't always intuitive to find the right template to change. I would really like for *all* communications templates, global or individual, to be managed from the same interface.

The best platforms to organize and automate recruitment stages with transparency
Comentarios: Breezy HR has provided a great service by making sure that all job applications have gone through all the steps of screening and inspection, while ensuring that all of those processes and notes are documented so that they can be used to select the best applicant.
Puntos a favor:
What Breezy HR automates for all steps of the hiring process is great, allowing us to maintain an integrated record of correspondence, offers, evaluations, approvals, and rejection reasons. Enjoy the ready-made Breezy HR templates, which simplify the hiring process and allow users to post job ads on social media, the company's website, and other recruitment sites. I like how all submitted resumes, notes from HR staff and department heads are attached to the applicant register, which gives a consistent reference for reasons for selection and rejection and is documented with reports that facilitate quality control and help us select the best talent.
Contras:
Easy to use, all operations are seamless, and the Breezy HR interface integrates with most of our apps, making importing and exporting data a breeze. The mobile app is excellent and gives notifications quickly.

A very basic ATS with some integrations!
Comentarios: Overall I didn't like Breezy. I think there are much better options for start-ups who are looking to keep costs low when it comes to selecting an ATS. At the very least, you can integrate it with your google workspace, but if you're scheduling a lot of interviews yourself (ex: you're a founder looking for your first 5-10 employees and are doing everything yourself, Breezy will likely slow you down when trying to schedule things). You get what you pay for!
Puntos a favor:
I guess the pricing was conveniently low for a pre-seed start-up, but you get what you pay for!
Contras:
The scheduling tool wasn't great, the resume database was average, moving candidates through the process was painful, the UI was clunky and felt very archaic, the resume parser wasn't reliable, customer service wasn't always very helpful, and their integrations were pretty limited.
