Comentarios: Para la logistica del manejo de archivos es excelente, aunque la capacidad y costo de almacenamiento es un poco inferior a otras plataformas.

Puntos a favor:

Lo mejor es el hecho de la información esta segura, ya que se guarda em la nube y no presisamente en un dispositivo o servidor, en el cual puedes dar acceso ya sea a toda la nube o a secciones exclusivas para asegurar la información, el establecer firmas seguras para la información. Es una excelente plataforma para conectar personas, almacenear y compartir in formación y archivos personalizada para tu empresa, negocio o de forma personal. lo que mas me gusta es la facil visualizacion de con quien compartes carpetas.

Contras:

Un punto negativo es el costo comparado con otros similares y las aplicaciones integradas a la plataforma que no son tantas o tan completas como otras plataformas. Es genial el hecho de poder acceder a los archivos auque no tengas internet y el hecho de poder recibir archivos como si fuera un correo aun grupo de personas.

Comentarios: Para trabajo remoto y como una herramienta muy utilitaria para la firma de tus documentos.

En pandemia esta herramienta nos ha ayudado en el trabajo remoto, aún lo usamos pero en menor proporción, muy recomendable

Contras:

Todo ha sido muy bueno, no me puedo quejar

Comentarios: Puedo decir con confianza que ha optimizado mi flujo de trabajo y ha mejorado mi productividad. Estoy más que satisfecho con las características y la confiabilidad de esta herramienta.

He estado usando Dropbox Sign durante bastante tiempo y debo decir que ha sido un cambio de juego para mí. Me encanta lo fácil que es crear, firmar y enviar documentos con solo unos pocos clics. La interfaz de usuario también es muy intuitiva, por lo que me resulta muy fácil realizar mis tareas de manera eficiente.

Contras:

Aunque encuentro Dropbox Sign muy útil, hay un aspecto que creo que podría mejorarse. A veces experimento tiempos de carga lentos, especialmente cuando trabajo con archivos grandes. Esto puede ser un poco frustrante, especialmente cuando tengo prisa.

Me gusta Dropbox Sign porque soluciona y agiliza lo tedioso que puede ser el recepcionar documentación que requiera de una firma. Con Dropbox Sign puedo subir cualquier documento y solicitar la firma por HelloSign, incluso esta herramienta envía un recordatorio al cliente si este aún no ha firmado, toda una maravilla.

Contras:

En algunos dispositivos móviles presenta algunos fallos de diseños, letras fuera de casillas o imagenes que de desbordan.

Buena opción para las firmas electrónicas

Dropbox Sign me parece una solución interesante, es posible subir cualquier documento y solicitar que la firmen por medio de HelloSign. Además, si el cliente ha visto el documento y no lo ha firmado, Dropbox Sign le envía un recordatorio. Es simplemente genial y simple de implementar.

Contras:

Llevo probando Dropbox Sign desde hace 5 meses y todo va muy bien, mis clientes reciben la documentación y la firman sin complicaciones.

La gran capacidad de almacenamiento y el fácil manejo a la hora de compartir ficheros.

Contras:

La velocidad de carga, por sacarle algún pero. En general funciona muy bien.

Comentarios: Funciona, pero tiene hartas trabas que hay que saber superar como usuario de mac

Comentarios: Superb! We use this all the time to send things to clients and internally that need signature and it's so easy, let's you know when the parties needed have signed everything and gives everyone a copy of the signed doc.

Ease of use, easy to understand, moves contracts forward more quickly and with less back and forth.

Contras:

Cost is a little higher than I'd like but it's fine.

Dropsign is suitable for businesses of all sizes. Very incredible features like email notifications and two factor authentication. It reduces manual work required and it offers a secure and verifiable signing processes. Provides workflows automation tools to create efficient signing process. Try it.

Contras:

The availability of free plan to test the software before purchasing it allows us to choose if we like it,no cons.

Dropbox Sign is relatively easy to use but can be time-consuming

Can do many of the features that require a digital signature, such as the one often used in Adobe Acrobat.

Contras:

It seems slow and takes a great deal of time to get through the process of finalizing a secure document. Also, I've had a t least one experience where, because it's supposedly operating from a cloud, that things were out of sync for a day.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Dropbox Sign was good. The core service works very well and there are extra features like customized branding. It will also work with other services like your document storage.

Puntos a favor:

Sending the document is very simple, then Dropbox sign automatically tracks the progress and sends reminders if needed. I like that I don't have to do that myself. I think the drag and drop tool for signing fields saved time as well. Dropbox sign made me feel that both the signer and I were safe sending documents/information through their service. They also vertify the signer. For this type of application I think both are extremely important and should be some of your main concerns when shopping.

Contras:

Dropbox Signs pricing is in the mid range. I chose Dropbox Sign anyway because I didn't want to risk security by trying to save money.

Dropbox Sign allows us to upload, share, store and request clients to sign conveniently under one platform. Electronic signature helps keep everything formal with our clients and employees. It is simple and straightforward. It is one of the few tech solutions that does exactly what it is designed for with minimal issues.

Contras:

There is nothing I don't like about this electronic signature solution. However, I feel that the price may be relatively high for individuals or small companies.

I love how easy digital signature accessibility is. I work from home and fill all my personal documents from home too. Which helps me with not procrastinating because I don't have to actually leave anywhere to get the document signed. Saves, gas, time and last minute important documents that need to be signed and emailed.

Nothing, it is very convenient to use Dropbox sign and very affordable.

In my job, I need effecient and fast tools to use.

Contras:

The fact that we cannot change to date format. It is always MM/DD/YY, (which is fine most of the time) and as a French company, sometimes we use these signed documents to send to French administration. And they do not accept this format of date.

Go-to Software for Digital Signatures

The integration with Dropbox and all of the files/forms I store there is beyond ideal. I love that you get 3 free digital signatures a month if you're someone who doesn't need the feature a lot.

Contras:

The fields customization could be a lot better. Every custom field must be created manually and you can't save them.

Comentarios: I chose Dropbox Sign for my company because Dropbox is our file storage provider and it was easy to integrate with our existing business process.

Dropbox Sign is successful in getting my signed documents back to me safely. Legality is never in question and audit trail is added security. I embed Dropbox Sign into my company website for more convenience.

Contras:

I'd change customer service if it were up to me. It's become hard to communicate with them as of late.
