Thryv was easy to use once you became familiar with how things worked. The integration in the business was made easy with the help from Thryv.
It can not connect to a dialer system which i need really bad may have to get another crm due to this issue.

The only thing i dont like would be the price, after the free trial, it can be a little expensive.
There are better CRM's out there. This one will leave you stranded.
Comentarios: My experience with Thryv started off great; I was super excited to find a CRM that really seemed to cater towards small business. Things took their turn for the worse when my bookkeeper notified me in early June that there were some major issues with my books due to how Thryv was addressing their 2.9% service fee, and rolling it into the Quickbooks HST Tax line. The gentleman that onboarded me, was my lifeline to Thryv for the majority of my Thryv experience, and upon notifying him of my Book-keeper’s findings, was told to tell me that, “it must be the client’s fault,” and that they would not be paying for any of the bill to correct the problem. I was then told that the problem “had been fixed, and that I could go ahead and re-connect Quickbooks back to the CRM.” Despite my bookkeeper locking the books entirely so that no damage could be done, Thryv circumvented the lock and overwrote all the work that the bookkeeper had just corrected. Thryv finally admitted that it was their fault, and opted to give me 1/3rd of what I had paid to fix the issue they created. It is now the end of October, and with no choice but to accept their offer as "we are at an impasse" as Thryv has called it, their services have been terminated. Communication was poor once my lifeline was let go from the company. I was stuck paying for unusable software while trying to sort out the "impasse" and over all, this is just a poor company to deal with. The only reason they are known is because they are owned by Dex media.

Contras:
Customer support and their accountability (lack thereof). Lots of issues between quickbooks and Thyv syncing. Very little accountability on the side of upper management.

I have made a lot of mistakes in business. THRYV IS NOT ONE OF THEM. They designed a beautiful website and created a professional image both for me, my clients, and my competition. I set the bar when it comes form, fit and function of business operations. The customization you can develop and the ease to adapt to the ever changing business world is crucial and central to the small business owner. Thryv has taken everything I've thrown at and is critical part of what I do daily
Contras:
My only complaint is the time it takes to get an ACH payment. From the posture of being constructively critical if you could adapt reels in posting to social media that would be phenomenal

Needs a little tweaking, but all in all not a bad product
Comentarios: Generally speaking, this product will do what a small business needs it to do. It keeps track of your accounts, allows you to send estimates and invoices, keeps track of what is outstanding (clunky), and helps with marketing campaigns. Even though some areas still need work, the software team is consistently making improvements and updates.

This product was very easy to learn and implement. The customer service people are pleasant.
Contras:
I am not happy with the search function in the Billing & Invoicing section. It would be really nice to be able to search by company name or child account name in this area. While this is a great CRM system, this is definitely not an accounting software. Some areas refer to open invoices as payments which is not just inaccurate, but the opposite of what they are. I find the reporting to be clunky and cumbersome as well.

Disappointed, Don't waste your time or money
Contras:
For someone who doesn't like to leave negative reviews... IF I could leave no stars, I would. We started a website with them and 7 months later it was still not running. Customer service was terrible and critical errors about our business including the wrong phone number, the WRONG type of medical practice was listed despite us reaching out asking for it to be changed and every single meeting we had to set up the website, the rep was an hour late!!! After us being very understanding and just asked to please just be done with them.... they continue to bill us AND now are threatening collections for a service WE DIDN'T EVEN receive. I am disappointed that anyone would do business this way.

Cancellation is impossible

Not worth the money.
Customer service is great when buying but unresponsive when canceling

Blown away by the functionality and ease of use with Thryv
Comentarios: I would and have recommended this software to many other colleagues already. I literally use it everyday to guide how my day will go, communicate with my clients, and continue to market my business on social media. Their team is also top notch and are quick to help if any issues arise.

The booking system is not only easy to use on my end but I have had several clients tell me how simple it is to book, reschedule and cancel appointments at the click of a button. The appt reminders are great. And the fact that I can pot on my social media accounts right form Thryv is pretty efficient as well.
Contras:
The only hiccup I had with integration when I first started using Thryv was getting a way to text the clients from my Thryv account. Within a few days, a tech specialist had it up and running and I haven’t had any issues since.

Impressive Customer Service and Good Tools
Comentarios: Overall, I've enjoyed Thryv. It's a bit more expensive than I ultimately can afford right now (being as my business is relatively new and still trying to grow). But, I'm going to stick with it and put in the work to make it a success. Thryv will be of great benefit especially when the ball gets to rolling really well.

I love that I can get a quick response from Customer Service, and they are always so eager to help. I really love the follow-up meetings with coaches. I really hope these coaching sessions will help my business grow. The social media posting tools are great! The calendar and booking features are great! I would love it if I could give my clients the option to choose from meeting locations, but I'm not seeing that option anywhere. I may check with a coach at some point. Not a big deal though.
Contras:
Whew. I've been around and around regarding the auto-billing / auto-invoicing. I have clients that want an invoice each month to pay for the services I provide them. I'm still manually having to create and send these invoices each month. I would LOVE to see this work better and be a little more user friendly.

the appointment confirmations and automated campaigns are what I find most beneficial.
Contras:
Can't believe that you cancelled the "work as" function. We are in two time zones and trying to schedule an appointment in the other time zone is painful. Only admins can login as other staff members so an ordinary function that anyone could do now falls on my plate. No sooner than I set the appointment, log out and back in as myself here comes another call and I get to do it all over again. After I have done this several times the system makes me go through the authentication process with a six digit code.

Expensive, glitchy and no help
Comentarios: - The cost is astronomical - they don’t mention that you don’t get all of the “extras” like Thryvpay when you signup. - had to pay per team member plus a monthly fee - there was no free trial - there was an onboarding fee for $400 (I never got to be fully onboarded and they refused to refund it)Customer Service - their onboarding specialists are only available during business hours EST - their onboarding specialists didn’t know how to use the program. They only showed me things I could’ve figured out on my own and when there was an issue, they said they’d “look in it and get back to me” which they never did. - Upon cancelling I was told that that it was a six month term and they would not refund me for the $400 and month I wasted trying to get the software to work and the most they could do was not charge my card again.Don’t bother looking at Thryv as an option. It’s expensive and useless!

Great value vs competitors

HIPAA Compliant Reminder System Plus Web and Social Media Posts
Comentarios: They do all the work, they taught me how to use the product, they still check on me randomly and are ALWAYS so nice, upbeat and happy to help - the full Disney Experience!! You HAVE to check out their CONNECT conference, when they bring in major business speakers from across the globe to give you their hints, tricks, tips and business success secrets. Worth joining just to attend!

First, this is worth every penny!! Great client appointment reminders, you set the schedule you want and the client can set their own appointments or call to make the appointment. Tags help make client categories easy for things like client appreciation days, teacher or nurses day, birthday cards can be sent, the list is endless!!! You can mass email, AND they offer HIPAA compliance!! If you do the website, it all works together and melds with your social media, facebook, twitter, basically all 70 search engines are tagged. You can get auto posting or make your own or personalize what they have.
Contras:
In the beginning, multiple people (family members) could not use the same phone & email, but they do offer a tagging system for sharing an email & phone, so your message will get to the shared email & phone.

Very poor customer service
Comentarios:
Initial contact was great. By the time I was paid up and committed, communication went downhill extremely quick. I made contact with management and project managers, appointments were set up, a day or two prior to the appointment I would receive an email that they apologized for scheduling conflicts and that they would reschedule within 48 hours. I emailed and tried to reschedule and no response.
My recommendation is to explore other companies as I have now and am very happy with results and spending much less.

Did not have a chance that get to it. Management continuously cancelled appointments and did not call back to reschedule. After numerous attempts to reschedule by myself, I gave up.

Great Company to Manage Your Website/Marketing
Comentarios: Everyone at Thryv is awesome! From the quick email responses for changes to our website or other questions, to the detailed instructions we got during our in-person meeting w/ one of your reps, we have nothing but great things to say!

Easy to do website edits and communicate with patients. The people who work at Thryv are very nice and helpful if you need anything.
Contras:
Scheduling feature (not interested in recommending changes as we prefer to do the scheduling ourselves) and trying to sign our patients up for promotions and marketing just by sending us a message.

Great product!

Over all the ease of use and to navigate for us and for the customers is hands down the simplest on the market as far as we're concerned.
Contras:
Wish that Thryv could have a products/service tab to input all items that our company uses. Right now we use QuickBooks online for invoicing and quotes. We would love to switch fully to Thryv but at this time we are not able to. For the lack of that part of the software.

Business owners..... BEWARE of this company. They will take your money and leave you flat!
Comentarios: Horrible. Worse decision I ever made. I was sold a bill of goods. They never helped me solve anything in my business because no one was ever around to help. I certainly didn't realize any value they might have because I could never get a phone call back. Finally I gave up on them.

Our buiness has bounced forward

The level of customer support Thryv offers is important on an average business day and during this time of rapid change, the importance of client communication and the continuation of prospecting, it is crucial.
I wanted you to be aware of our high level of satisfaction, the appreciation of each interaction we've had with customer support personnel and their skill-level to help us, efficiently and the customer support culture and level of Thryv customer support.

Streamlining of client communications, scheduling and retention of client contact information. The visibility to the sells process, which has allowed us to be improve our process. The integration of the online portal/app with our website, sells process and ability to manage all of this, including social posts, marketing campaigns and online presence in on place. The ability to have several seats in the system for employees or subcontractors.
Contras:
Social Content, the posting feature for LinkedIn only posts to our company page and I have to take an additional step to post to my personal LinkedIn page. Knowing where each logo and size of logo feeds to within Thryv.

I'm sorry about your social content issue. Since Thryv is intended to control the social profiles for the business, we unfortunately don't post to multiple accounts for LinkedIn, only the company LinkedIn page. For the logo, it can be added in Business Settings. It'll be at the top of every email correspondence to clients for branding purposes. And it'll be on estimates, invoices and the client portal. Best App on the market to Grow Your Business
Comentarios: The overall experience with thryv is over the moon!! Even the customer service is top tier. They always answer the phone 24/7, and have zoom meeting with you whenever you request it for extra help. They are there for you and are there to help you succeed!!

I like the marketing and scheduling parts of the app. I can send out customized marketing emails and text messages to customers with little to no effort. I can also send automated campaigns that send every month or three months, and all I have to do is watch the customer traffic build up through my analytics that thryv generates for me as well.
Contras:
My least favorite part is the billing portion only because my company doesn't use this part of thryv. Everything we use in this app as boosted our profitability and the overall growth of our small business.
