All signing, all dancing absence mangement tool

Comentarios: Excellent overall experience. We have been customer for 5+ years and intend to continue using them. They are a little pricey - but you get what you pay for!

Very easy to use as a Manager and User. Very flexible and can set up as many teams with all sorts of different rules. Great reports.

Contras:

Sometimes doesn't automate simple things but this may be more my lack of technological no how!

Comentarios: Excellent - The customer support is great. The team listen to what customers want and implement these to support your company. Employees find it easy to use and love that it can be used on their mobiles. Being able to reach other platforms we use through the e-days is a really good feature so employee only have to go to one place.

The time submission feature is great we have been able to go paperless on timesheets since we had this feature added.

Contras:

Alerts to sickness trigger points so we can be reminded when meetings need to take place

Comentarios: Complex leave policy for APAC region and need a system to manually increase the leave entitlement. However, not requirement are able to meet.

Easy to manage once you get the grasp on

Comentarios: Overall the software is great and easy to use once you get a good understanding of it.

easy absences booking system; easy to add new users; variety of reports

Contras:

logging recurring rota days (most times there is an issue with it and have to log out and back in for the system to recognise the change in team settings I make to be able to log these

Edays - forwarding thinking and flexible Absence Management system

Comentarios: Great product, user friendly whether an employee inputting absence, a line manger approving absence, creating reports or HR applying new rules, the system is totally adaptable to apply changes. For instance, the Queens state funeral with the additional BH on 19th Sept - even before the Edays team had sent a communication out on how to apply the additional day (which in itself is excellent customer service) - our HR team had already actioned this in Edays on the morning of the announcement - this is because the system is so intuitive to use and the team felt confident in applying the change.
Overall excellent product, excellent customer service who are always there at the end of the phone and we have an excellent relationship with Harry Warren, who is always at hand to talk through any issues.

Puntos a favor:

The flexibility to adapt to local country nuances (such as Netherlands, Belgium, France, Hungary) these are very complex in their legislative requirements however working with Edays and the development team (shout out to Harry Warren) - we are all set up and are working brilliantly

Tenure rules and rolling absence tracking

Brilliant holiday and sickness management system

Comentarios: Nowadays we are faced with systems that are difficult to work out and take months to implement. What a refreshing difference you get with eDays - it is easy to set up and implement, easy to use, great view of all absences - individually and for all our employees. And the reporting functionality is superb. And really affordable. This is the second company where I am using eDays and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ease of use, useful app, easy request and approval process, quick view of holiday year and any absences, excellent reports!

Contras:

Really tried hard to think about something and I could not find anything. Perhaps it would have to be an app, but as we work in an office environment - we are using the web link and no one has any problem with it.

Great absence management tool

Comentarios: I use this daily to manage staff absences.
It is very easy and quick to use from both an employee and management perspective.

Easy to use for employee and employers Now better there is an app also to use Quick to use and navigates quickly between pages

That it doesn't go back through the years like the old system used to- you can only view last year, current year and next year.

Great System, Amazing Customer Service

Comentarios: Over as a business we have been happy using Edays. Would recommend for any business solely looking to track all absences, WFH and those who have multi-sites.

The system has a lot of built in features and add ons that can be added and customised by the user as and when needed.

Contras:

The way in which to 'switch on' certain features isn't always done in the most obvious way, which is made up for by [sensitive content hidden] who will always give speedy responses to help out with functionalities

Excellent customer support

The system is extremelly straight forward to use and very intuative. The customer support is outstanding. [sensitive content hidden] always responds to my emails extrememly quickly with instructions to my queries or offers to jump on a call if I get stuck.

Nothing. An excellent project which we are starting to utlise more.

Comentarios: Great experience and customer service has always been good and they offer lots of resources should you need them.

Easy to use and set up. Has good visuals and you can get an overview of absence and planned absence easily, which helps for staff planning.

Contras:

The reports require a bit of user manipulation to get them where you want them to be, that said this isn't difficult to do.

Options to include details as confidential when you request leave for example (only for line manager view). reminder emails to those who have not approved something?

Edays holiday entitlement use

Easy to see how many of the team have booked holiday and how much they have left, easy to authorise with two people and great for adding sick days manually.

Contras:

If the alternative authoriser to the primary authoriser could also get email notifications when someone puts in a holiday request that would be perfect for when my manager is away.

Comentarios: Found it easy to use and I believe managers also.

From my point of administrating the system I find it easy enough to navigate and quick to make fixes and find what I need. If I ever have a problem or something needs changing I cannot do [sensitive content hidden] our support is always quick to help.

Contras:

There has been a few things it cannot do that would be useful to our business such as having more than one manager people able to fully manage a employee to the capacity they can both cancel training/holidays.

Use of e-days

This tool helps me to report time submission easily. This report is mandatory in my country Also I have the absences in reporting.

At first I did not like to raise a ticket on line because I like personal contact. Now I am happy with this anyway :-)

Alphaserve - E-days Review

E-days is simple and direct to use. It offers integration with Outlook, so I can see everyone's time off making it easy to track. The layout and features of the system is great as well.

Contras:

I would prefer it if the reporting options can be more advanced as in having more fields/filters/custom report options - it feels a bit limited. Also, we can only pull last year, current year, or next year reports, and it doesn't allow us to look back at more than one year ago.

E-days Support review

Comentarios: Very professional, excellent set up service and initial demo of the system. all staff are helpful, the service team are prompt to answer the phone and generally can always assist on my first phone call and any issues I have had have been resolved same day.
