Simple Solution for GREAT Communication

Comentarios: Overall, I am very pleased with Text Request and the variety of features they provide to enhance our communication with clients and team members!

Text Request is simple to use and allows us to view our messages from multiple screens

Contras:

We have had some issue implementing the SMS chat feature into our website and that is frustrating

Good Texting Service

Comentarios: Good. There are pros and cons of the app, but overall does what I need it to do.

Able to send links and convenient app on your phone.

Contras:

The ding that reminds you of a text - need a way to turn this off. Also, text not showing up or out of order.

Why we use Text Request

Comentarios: Excellent experience so far. We haven't had to call for tech support at all. Very simple and easy to use interface. I highly recommend TR.

It allows us to send and receive texts to our business VOIP line rather than just using a cell phone number.

Contras:

No particular problems that we have experienced to date.

Comentarios: over all- great. Helped close business on many occasions allowing me to get back with a HOT client sooner.

Easy to use

Comentarios: Overall I enjoy using text request. It is easy to use and I have it on a varitey of places like my phone, a widget and a tab on the computer.

I love that I can use the same phone number for the business. My customers only need to know one number.

Text Request is Better than the Rest!!

Comentarios: Really good!!! Love that you get alerted even if you don't have the tab open.

Puntos a favor:

Messages appear in the tab header and alerts you if you have a new one. Other services are not like this.

Contras:

Not able to color coordinate the squares of different messages.

Text Request is a great service!

Comentarios: We can't believe we waited so long to get on board with a texting platform to help us to reach out to our clients! Lots of clients have relayed how much they LOVE that we/they can text instead of a phone call, or email.

Puntos a favor:

We are a service provider, so we have to "call ahead" a lengthy list of clients everyday with usually the exact same message. The ability to have a template, enter the phone number/name, then hit send saves us so much time to focus on other tasks! Customers seem to be more receptive to respond to a text rather than a phone call or email.

Contras:

I wish there was a search function to find a specific word and not just a customer name/phone number. Some times I need to text a customer essentially the same response that I sent to someone else, and trying to remember which person I sent that message to is difficult. We are strong users of the "templates", but some responses aren't really needing to be a template.

Comentarios: So glad I found text request when we were searching for a chat tool, texting tool to use. Everything has been positive.

Reasonable cost Ease of setup Ease of use and training new staff Clients prefer text over calls in our field staff don't have to use their personal phones to text our clients We have a record of all communications with our clients

Contras:

really can't come up with a con in our situation. works great for what we need. perhaps in would be nice if it was integrated within our internal dealer management software, but that would add more cost and not sure it would offer enough benefit to justify cost

Don't use if you want to get alerted of incoming messages

Comentarios: We really enjoyed Text Request for the first six months ago. Without the ability to be notified of incoming messages, it is almost useless to us. We might as well buy a cell phone and have the texts sent to that number, but I don't have the time or energy to cancel and start all over again.

We like the basic functions and love the templates for similar texts that we send over and over.

Contras:

Text Request used to alert us of incoming messages but that function stopped working. Obviously we need to know when we have new texts coming in! We were told they were working on a solution, but that was months ago. They suggested we "escalate" messages meaning we set a time (we chose 5 minutes) and after that time, Text Request will send a message to my personal phone letting me know that we have an incoming message that is over 5 minutes old. Having messages sent to my personal cell defeats the purpose of an app on our computer that we can all share.

I like merge messaging feature that I can tailor a mass text. I also like that you can upload contacts' information to create a contact card. I do wish it was much easier. It was difficult for me to learn but the customer support video meeting was EXTREAMLY helpful. Being able to download message threads.

Contras:

The notification alert tones. I would like more customization. What it takes to upload contacts and merge messages. The text request mobile app KILLS my cell phone battery (android).

Best messaging software, must use!

Comentarios: I have been using Text Request for almost an year now, and the growth of my organization has risen to a great level just by applying different features of this software. Many customers don't pick up the call because of their work, but they love when we send them text messages, it helps save their time and ours too.

Great messaging software around the globe. Has many features including payments and even adding scheduled messages to our customers. I would recommend all my friends to use this, and my colleagues have already started using this application.

Contras:

Everything about Text Request is top notch, there is nothing to be corrected or improved. This application has solved messaging problems for many organizations effectively.

Comentarios: good - this platform works well for us and our team seems to catch on pretty quickly

I like their customer service. Anytime I've had an issue, they are easily accessible, quick to respond, and always offer the best solution.

Contras:

As a newer company, there were a lot of issues to work through in the beginning. I think there are still some flaws to work out but they have improved a lot.

Text Request is the best tech I have used for my business

Comentarios: It has been great and it has made me a lot of money.

Puntos a favor:

I love it because I can chat on my computer or on my phone line, through my work line, that customers call and text me for business. I can chat and update clients and they can feel free to text me at 3am if needed and I will respond when I am at work again. I can't live without text request

Contras:

Some of the cell carriers blocks some of the texts, but thats not their fault.

Comentarios: So far it's a very awesome system. After zipwhip finished it's life, we were working with google voice and realized it wasn't the best system especially for scheduled messages. Very fortunate that textrequest was found cause it was exactly what we were looking for.

Puntos a favor:

Really, quick and easy to use system, you can send scheduled messages & group messages.

Contras:

Clicking on a chat doesn't open up the text bar and having a need to scroll down to see the chat bar, 2nd is searching for a person, once finished you have to delete twice instead of just a once over. These are very minimal things however it does cause a slight delay in efficiency. Finally group messages, if there was a way to copy from a clipboard a bunch of numbers, instead of manually entering them in that would be very awesome!

Non-English templates

Comentarios: I liked the overall Text Request for the most part. I almost wish it was connected to the EMR system so that way if patient's have appointment reminders we can text them from the same number and decrease that confusion.

I like that every patient has their own message history. It creates an easy way for patients to get information and not have to guess who you are talking to. I like the templates that gives you a quick easy way to get in contact.

Contras:

I wish there was more templates in different languages for a non-English speaker / reader.

The power of text messaging customers

Comentarios: I had a great experience with Text Request. What I really liked about it is that they offer a demo for you to look at and it allows you to talk and communicate with a specialist one and one and to get all of your questions answered. Its very personable and I really like that. They really know how to win over a customer.

Text request is a great way to communicate with multiple customers at one time. Through a personal message, this is the fastest way you can reach them. All you have to do is figure out what you want your message to be, include all the contacts you want to send to, and set it up the way that is best for you. It also allows the messages to be sent from your computer or phone and allows other employees see the messages so everyone is in unison. This is such an easy way to get ahold of customers right away and be able to grab their attention from right when they enter your website. Its also a great way to keep in touch with them and to offer promotions this way. Super effective and easy to use. What I really liked about it is that they offer a demo for you to look at and it allows you to talk and communicate with a specialist one and one and to get all of your questions answered. Its very personable and I really like that.

Contras:

Honestly I cannot find something that I did not like about Text Request. I feel that overall it is a great website and offers a great program that any business can benefit from.

Comentarios: LOVE IT. It has so much potential to streamline everything.

I like that multiple users can see the same message. it makes handover for our dispatchers easier and gets rid of the "he said, she said". LOVE that you can attach documents from the computer.

Contras:

On the mobile app, it sometimes freezes up and I have to kill the sessions to get it to refresh
