Punitive to home inventory users who transact only once or twice per item and really only use the app for data storage. Unwilling to work with home inventory customers as their primary focus now is on business users. > > The ease of data capture and inventory creation for home users was offset by a bait and switch subscription model. We spent countless hours setting up our home inventory in their system only to find s ourselves held hostage by an escalating subscription model that just crested $299 per month. This is highway robbery for consumers who only use their system for managing a home inventory for insurance purposes. When one considers how businesses transact and manage an inventory vs a home user, it would seem relatively simple to create pricing models that focus on monthly transaction volume as opposed to just record count but they were unwilling to work with me on a reasonable solution other than reducing the items in my home inventory.
