It boots off of a flash drive, making it independent from the OS of whatever other drives are on the computer. While not especially intuitive, Clonezilla provides powerful tools that have given me little problem, with some safeguards to prevent you from causing harm to your computers. One of my favorite instances of using Clonezilla was recovering a corrupted drive that would not even be detected by other free drive tools. > > **Puntos en contra**: The interface is resembles some of the old DOS interfaces from the 90s, a far cry from more modern interfaces with even mouse support.
