Best and Latest Mental Health Online Training Platform

Comentarios: Overall experience was good to take the latest training about covid and safety purposes.

Puntos a favor:

iHasco provide the the best and compliance knowledge about mental health, It provides best properties, and uses of the topic which you have interested. The also provide all information about the conditions it can cause.

Contras:

I am facing that some of slides are not always open directly and some time broken. It is also makes some information old practices.

Easy to learn software, allows you to learn at your own pace, great for a busy office !

Comentarios: I've been able to undertake DSE learning at my own pace, in the way I've preferred.

Puntos a favor:

Being able to stop and start learning when time permits. Also the ability to run sessions over and over.

Contras:

Can't ask anyone any questions to clarify or explain in greater detail as is possible in a face to face training environment.

Welsh language version

Comentarios: Your Welsh language option for this training is terrible.

Puntos a favor:

For an English language user I think this training is very good.

Contras:

Your Welsh language option for this training is terrible. The Welsh text often doesn't make sense. I am amazed that I passed the test, as the questions didn't make any sense. I would also expect Welsh subtitles on the English language videos.

GDPR Essentials

Comentarios: For any iHasco course, I'd recommend creating an account so that you can easily pick up from where you left off the last time you engaged with a course.
For the purposes of the GDPR Essentials course, which I was completing alongside my role, this facility was essential.
The tools iHasco gave you in the dashboard also helped the transition through the course, barring the lack of a 'back' button.

Puntos a favor:

The videos were crystal clear, supported by transcripts of the video content along with further resources should you feel the need to supplement your learning.

Contras:

There was no back arrow. To revisit a certain screen, you had to go right back to the start and wade through the modules you'd already completed.

Well presented courses

Comentarios: We use iHASCO for almost all out in-house health and safety related training and it has proved invaluable

Puntos a favor:

Clear and easy to use interface Good selection of courses to take Courses are well designed and presented

Contras:

If you aren't the administrator of the companies iHASCO portal, there doesn't appear to be an easy way to see what courses are already available to employees without them being assigned.

Mental Health mindset

Comentarios: Seems to nicely knit the SLR requirements together.

Contras:

Even on reflection, I actually can't think of any. 'Seems to hit the spot'.....

GDPR Understanding and training

Comentarios: Very good

Puntos a favor:

Layout function and method was very good to pick up on important factors first time whilst fresh in your mind

Nothing was to much of an issue although some repitition

Slips Trips & Falls training

Comentarios: Very good

Puntos a favor:

Very simple and user friendly. Videos are short, concise and do not 'overload' the participant with detail. You can dip in and dip out at your own pace.

Contras:

Had an issue at start where it wouldn't run the videos. That was due to my browser. That wasn't apparent until I contacted the help desk (they responded very quickly mind you which is a big positive)

Engaging

Comentarios: Generally a great programme

Puntos a favor:

Information presented in short clip bursts was particularly great Various resources and elements to the training. Transcript and subtitles to aid engagement/ understanding

Contras:

If you're watching in full screen for video you have to click off that mode every time to be able to move to the next video which is slightly annoying.

I have only started using it recently and really see the benefit

I like the fact I can do group sessions and complete several individuals all together, this saves me time with a large workforce.

Contras:

Some of the videos require clicking on to continue a bit too often, I understand that this is required to ensure you are watching, but some of the clips are too short.

Excellent Company for eLearning

LMS system is easy to administrate. Account manager is always very helpful. The courses on offer suited our company

Mobile Learning Made Easy

Comentarios: Excellent interaction and flexibility from the start

I love how easy it was to set up courses for our learners and the reporting and tracking feature was excellent.Loved how the courses were in nice time frames, as we found too long a course would make the learners switch off

Contras:

A fantastic resource

Comentarios: Overall experience has been fantastic; we have expanded our use of iHasco year on year because of the quality of training content, ease of access and value for money.
This is a fantastic CPD resource and we can be confident that we are staying abreast of new legislation as iHasco are continually expanding and updating their delivery. Training 100 staff in GDPR Awareness in a convential classroom session would have meant closing down our core business for several days - with iHasco, we were able to meet all our requirements with no interruptions and comments from staff tell us that this style of delivery makes them feel far less pressured.
Finally, our advisor (CS - you know who you are!) is absolutely wonderful; never a 'hard sell', just helpful and informative about what will work for our business.

Contras:

Only problem experienced is not being able to amend emails in user profiles, but this is easily fixed by a quick call to the iHasco team, who are always ready to help

A Training Hub

Comentarios: I have been able to pass courses my company has given me, whilst also watching videos and answering questions easily. The site is easy to navigate, and I get helpful emails when a course I have completed is expiring.

Puntos a favor:

I have used iHasco for the past year via the company I work for. They set up courses for us to learn about. What I like about iHasco is that it shows all courses available to me, how long they will take, and if any are outstanding and by how long. I also get frequent email updates when a course I have taken has expired or is outstanding, which is a good reminder for me and I have used the updates to complete training that may have slipped through the cracks.

Contras:

I didn't seem to find a way to be able to fast forward through videos. On a repeated course that I have to take yearly, I understand I am meant to learn from the start, but I wish there was a way to either see a text version or to maybe up the speed to 1.5x as the course that was set was 30 minutes long.

Great Training Suite

Comentarios: The entire process from ordering to implementation was very well coordinated with iHASCO. Their staff are extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable of their training suite. Special mention to my account manager - who not only really took the time to explain all the functions and provide the exact assistance I was looking for but also came across in a professional manner and making the whole training process a real positive experience. They really are a top team who look after their clients and the cost for the course was very reasonable and I have no doubts that we will be using them again for further training courses. Thank you iHASCO!

The ease of use to set up for the business was a great advantage to using the third-party software. Clear and concise menu layout - a very uncluttered dashboard and the suits me just fine.

Contras:

If I had to be picky I would say that adding users without an email address took some hunting around the software but in all fairness to iHASCO, my account manager was quick to help me and now it is second nature to me to add an employee through the system.

The software is easy to use and simple to navigate. The courses are engaging and relevant to the organisation.

Contras:

The courses can be a little extended and can feel patronising when covering the basics.

Mental Health Training Review

Puntos a favor:

It was very clear in small elements on each sub topic. Great use of two presenter meant that it was not just listening and viewing one person but switched at the right time.

Contras:

Can't really fault it as a training package

It is too easy to skip the videos and use multiple attempts to complete the questions correctly

iHasco GDPR Training

Comentarios: IHasco training clears your understanding of issues and gives guidelines to apply at work. Very beneficial.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to manouver around each page. You are welcome to review and return to previous pages which is good.

Contras:

Only problem is that I got 85% and I could not take the test again! Frustrating as I know where I went wrong and know I could have done better.

Great learning tool for any company or organization!

Comentarios: Its been a great experience and I would recommend it to any company.

Puntos a favor:

My organization has really pushed for it's staff to know the basics of safety and compliance and iHasco has been a great tool. The courses are easy to understand and the quizzes are pretty straightforward but effective. This is a tool any company/org should have.

Contras:

I wish their were more options to learn about HR guidelines that are more specific to our company and a little more challenging.

As stated in the video, the information is generally common sense. Very easy questions

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use. I have now added one thing to the buddy system that I use.

Contras:

The written dialog at the end of each video missed out several points made by the speaking person - making it less accurate for someone with no hearing. Questions were very easy at the end, I would suggest too easy.

Contras:

Would like to be able to see learners complete this through an app. This would benefit is as we have remote workers

Simple Basic training meets requirements

Simplicity in explaining all the Basic concepts.

Contras:

No Subtitles in Videos. For people who are Hard of hearing like me this is a Major drawback as it means I have to bring Headphones into work in order to complete the training. This also means there is a potential for bad communication when a word is not spoken clearly.

For some reason the sound didn't start straight away and I had to keep going back to the beginning on each video segment, it also looked like it was very slightly out of sync (voice and actor).

same format for all presentations ...main speak and dressed in black and limited hand movements obviously a conscious effort to limit distraction from the subject matter ...when completing a number of course the format i feel needs more interaction from the user.
