> **Puntos a favor**: I love the automation of data extraction and the built in approval process Lightyear has to offer. It helps me to get my clients data correct, having the correct expenses and payables, and it means I can get multiple levels of approvals before the invoice hits the GL.

> **Puntos en contra**: Sometimes the OCR doesn't work the way I expect, but I know they are constantly improving the software and I'm confident it will be better in future.

> Lightyear has been a wonderful addition to our accounting routine. Paperless and ease of review, analysing and importing of information into Sage has allowed us to save on at least one worker in our office. In addition, with developments ongoing and the Lightyear team's ambition to add and improve, I can only see us moving more and more processing to the Lightyear platform. Support is always on hand too and response times are prompt.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Lightyear to any medium/large business - it is a no brainer\!

We have suppliers who give us different pricing for different builders and that means that we have to create several LY companies.  however when we link to Xero we have to create different xero logins and then it does not give details of which company is linked in xero,

> **Puntos a favor**: I love the speed at witch i can process large volumes of invoices. The statement reconciliation is also very useful. The smart extraction is a game changer for hand-written invoices. The new splitting of merging tool is a great addition. I think Lightyear are constantly looking to improve which is a refreshing change for this type supplier.

> **Puntos en contra**: I find the processing page a little annoying, it jumps around a bit. Rather than work on my actions in the back ground it will jump to an invoice if its completed extracting it. 
Its not cheap.....
