Trackabi in the Workplace: A Comprehensive and Intuitive Work Tracking Tool
Comentarios: This application is helping me manage my time more effectively and efficiently, I can easily see how many hours I am productive or unproductive, and that motivates me to stay focused and drives me to become more productive.
Puntos a favor:
What I like best about Trackabi is the drive that it gives me to stay productive, I use it almost daily, and being able to track my work hours (and even my unproductive hours) allows me to stay organized and focused. This is essential to a driven and structured person like me since it helps me not only in managing my tasks but also driving me to become more effective, disciplined, and productive. The application is also very easy to use and not disruptive at all, and its integration to tracking work productivity will be very seamless to anyone who might want to use it.
Contras:
There is one thing I dislike in Trackabi, its limitation to log other browser activities such as "Udemy" or "Coursera", which are productive sites for taking crash courses on many things. I would love to see the number of hours I've spent on those specific sites rather than being logged as "Google Chrome". And, I believe this more granular tracking for other browser activities will make the application even greater.

There are many web apps tracked separately actually. As per your request, we've added Udemy and Coursera as well!
Easy to access and more convenient without any bugs
Puntos a favor:
It doesn't require much memory, so it loads quickly Easy to access check in and out, we can automatically assign the task before opening the app. Effortless we can check the previous task, what are the project which I am worked, also I can track the time which I took to complete the task separately. Very comfortable to create and change the task which I am working, we can edit the timer if we missed to add at any time.
Contras:
sometimes giving some java error, but that will be resolved after restart the app.

It would be great if you could contact our support team regarding your concerns about time tracking. There may be some settings causing the system to not work as you expect. Additionally, we are not sure what you mean by "Snapshots it's aggressive." If you are referring to screenshots, they are enabled by the account owner. If you believe they are being taken too frequently or that you would prefer not to have them at all, please discuss this with your account owner.
Efficient and User-Friendly

The app is looking good and easy to navigate, making time tracking straightforward. Features such as project management, time tracking, and reporting, all in one platform. It is Highly beneficial for monitoring project progress and productivity.
Contras:
The app can sometimes send too many notifications, which can be overwhelming. I encountered occasional bugs and glitches that disrupted the user experience. Also Time Track is inconsistent many times. The Timer is not turning off if we didn't turn it off manually. It is running continuously for 96 hrs +
Great software for budget and time tracking
Comentarios: Overall has been good. Customer support is also very responsive.

Time Tracking for Small Businesses
Comentarios: Overall I am very glad that we were able to find trackabi for what it is it check almost all of our boxes I highly recommend it and have let several people within my industry that are small business owners know about it so they can help scale their operation and allow for time tracking as well as some of the other benefits that the software has built in

It allows my remote workforce to be mindful of their time, track the projects that are being worked on and allows me the ability to make an informed decision when it comes to tracking hours worked
Contras:
I wish there was more of HR functionality built in like the ability to use it to onboard employees, integrate with a payment platform so I can pay my staff and have some ability to aid with the hiring process whether it be allowing applications for employment or other processes that help with hiring

I've been using Trackabi to manage my team and it's GREAT!
I switched from using the Onlinejobs.ph time tracker to Trackabi for more clarity & features and i have not been disappointed.
I love the ability to input sick leave, vacation, etc into the tool and for it to keep track.
I love that it auto calculates the time they are working.
I love the ability to fine tune the tool to stop tracking if there is a lack of movement for X amount of time.
I love the that I can get screenshots of my teams monitors and see what they're working on at any given moment.
I love that it shows me which applications they are spending the majority of time on.

Efficient Time tracking app with ticketing
Comentarios: It is cost effective but not as user friendly as Jira / Zoho

Trackabi is a must have for employee/developer time tracking
Comentarios: It's a must have tool for any business. It's extremely easy to use and having the ability to see logged time per project is very helpful when discussing time spent with a customer.
Puntos a favor:
Trackabi is really easy to use. The screenshot feature has come in handy on several occasions where I knew developers were not doing what they said they were doing. Before Trackabi, developers would login and leave their computer and stay clocked in, now it auto logs off if no activity is taking place. Saves us $$$!
Contras:
Screenshots could be better quality. I understand why they are lower quality, space reasons I'm sure, but in my opinion there should be an option to store high resolution versions of the screenshots.

Easily manageable and lightweight tool to track

Tracking team activities easier for both desktop activities and task activities. Creating and assigning task to team is really good. Leave management and work hour management.
Contras:
Team members without admin privileges can also add time for the task manually without approval, so finding bit difficulty between manual entry and auto entry

What can still be optimized are the reports per user, so that each user can only download Excel list reports for themselves in the project, for example, without the user also seeing other participants.

Simplicity and ease of use. Also a great tool for project management and employee tracking. The frequent screenshot feature is also useful.
Contras:
There is not much to hate about it. Sometimes I am reading something, part of my work. There is no activity from input for mouse scrolling. That counts as not working.
