> **Puntos a favor**: Silverware is an easy software to use and set up into a new restaurant\! We found the POS system had all the tools needed for a clean and easy ordering service with a large restaurant like ours

Costs have become a real concern; in 2023, they raised prices by 40%, and now they've added another 30% increase, which leaves a bad impression. Our annual support costs have nearly doubled, yet we still face ongoing performance issues. Additionally, their API integration with Clover is slow and frequently causes problems for us.
