The problem with this is sometimes a .pdf will be sent when notes will need to be added, or an excel spreadsheet will have trouble printing and not be formatted the way we need to be able to analyze data. This software is great for both converting existing documents to .pdf's for easy sending, as well as editing .pdf's (which is normally a huge hassle since the software already present on MacBooks to edit .pdf's don't have a large number of options for the heavy-note taking). > > **Puntos en contra**: For large files, it would take some time with an overheating laptop (however, I was putting some fairly large pdf's into the system to have notes added onto it, so it was definitely not unreasonable\! > > Super handy\!
