We work mainly with FIT's and small groups and the software adapts for what we need. It is simple but functional and it adapted to our needs. What I like the most is the way the software lets us choose the look and feel of our quotes, vouchers, invoices, etc. When we setup the system we were able to import our corporate identity with logos, colors, the fonts and their size. Since the software is SAAS I am able to access the system from anywhere and did not have to make any structural changes for the implementation of the software. > > **Puntos en contra**: The software is relatively new and still improving. Updates are made on a regular base and I am always informed about what was improved. Reports are customized and based on our input. I would have liked to get some basic reports with the system. > > The best improvement is that I can work on one single platform. Travel Ibex is a complete, easy to use and dynamic software that can be used to work from an office location or remotely. It is a great solution for managing both customers and suppliers. It allows me to work with individuals or groups in B2B and B2C situations. In addition, the software has a functional CRM to keep track of all my clients, and lets our company integrate with other systems via their efficient API. The system allows us to send emails, prepare quotations, contact vendors, keep records and much more. It is user friendly and seems very complete. Software works for small and large business alike. We can use it for our Wholesale and retail business. This is the first software we found to be user friendly, simple yet very functional and works great for our custom FIT packages. We sell both wholesale and retail and this software allows for both. It allows to make quotations and bookings and automatically creates the emails to send the offer and invoice. One of the nicest features is the Itinerary builder. It even allows to integrate maps, make your own custom template for vouchers and more. It even can handle several currencies at the same time. > > **Puntos en contra**: This software is constantly upgrading and improving and therefore we haven't seen the full potential yet. But so far we are not disappointed. Hotelbeds integration apparently works. We haven't used it yet. I believe more API integrations are i the works which makes this very helpful. This doesn't allow for handling of room allotments, but we don't use it. > > For the first time we can work remotely or together in the same office and see all our files, vendors and customers on the same page. For the first time this software is not over complicated yet offers everything we need to handle our FIT quotations, bookings, handling of CRM and vendors and includes a great itinerary builder and API integration.
