Cuando importe varios documentos no puedo separar en grupos, Me gustaria tener varias carpetas en la barra de búsqueda de documentos y que se encuentren separados.

Opinion Respecto a la Herramienta Data Snipper

Puntos a favor:

Lo que mas me guso es poder exportar los valores de un PDF para hacer el match de los estados financieros

Contras:

No me gusto, el no poder comparar varias hojas de un informe al tiempo, si no que tuve que hacerlo hoja por hoja

Puntos a favor:

I like features, functionality and ease of use.

Contras:

In my opinion DataSnipper is really useful now, everything is great.

Implementaion process of DataSnipper in our audit firm

Comentarios: Implementing the tool was quite easy. The whole DataSnipper-Team is very helpful and has quick response times

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use; makes life easier for an auditor; allows perfect cross referencing; all documents are collected in one excel-sheet --> very easy to review to work papers

Contras:

Slows down the response times of excel-workbooks due to the embedded documents

Overall positive but improvements desired

Comentarios: Overall the software provided efficiencies in the audit and FS review processes. Though it does not fully provide what we need, the pros outweigh the cons, so we continue to use the software in out day to day audit and FS review processes.

Puntos a favor:

Reduced the amount of time reviewing financial statements, reduced audit documentation time, and increased efficiency in reviewing audit documentation

Contras:

There were multiple issues identified with the automated results of the financial statement suites, and reduced functionality of some features with the latest version issued made certain aspects of FS review more difficult than in previous versions.

The Bottomline: DataSnipper

Comentarios: Overall I had a great experience with DataaSnipper, I even took the time to watch other videos to improve my DataaSnipper skills.

Puntos a favor:

I loved the automated features. It enabled me to complete my detailed testing within an hour and this allowed me to conduct a proper test on all aspects as I didn't have any time constraints. The ability to search for a specific sentence in 100pages and be able to pull the information onto my working papers. The ability to also place validation checks on information where we reviewed is also a major plus.

Contras:

The zoom lesson was a bit too fast, however after watching the recording it was much easier to manage.

I liked the full package. No dislikes. I think that the tool has every characteristic required from such tool.

Comentarios: Decrease in time required in vouching and financial statement review.

Slows excel, can't easily insert workpaper references during FS tie out.

Comentarios: Have definitely saved time. If the occasional crashes are taken care of, It will be the best app.

It highlights the number I selected in excel, but it does not navigate to that exact field. That functionality using a button will be very helpful

Uses its own formatting, which is sometimes a little annoying in big files, should only just high light and rest of the formatting should be same like the cell. After deleting snips, also messes up formatting and not revert it to original self.

Comentarios: In conclusion, Datasnipper weighs more on pros rather than cons.

Certainly document matching, text snip, sum snip.

Contras:

Makes file size larger when documents are uploaded for data snipping. Sometimes when it's too much documents, it makes the excel slow or not responding.

DataSnipper review

Puntos a favor:

Very intuitive to use. Great time saving tool, especially the financial statements suite. There are additional features like embedding documents into a file which works significantly better than the default Microsoft embedding and allows easier cross referencing / support for figures. Table snips are very useful to for extracting data from bank statements.

Contras:

No cons or any suggestions for improvements.

Comentarios: Sensational, probably my favorite tool to use while completing testing. Genuinely get excited when I find a good opportunity to use it!

Puntos a favor:

Datasnipper allows everyone to work faster through testing in audit. Whether it's using it for manual snips to avoid typing, or using document matching or form extraction to pull information quickly from hundreds on invoices... Datasnipper is a time saver for all parties from staff to partner.

Contras:

Not much, I think they need to publicize training videos or make more of them so people understand how to use it more. I've been teaching alot of poeple within my firm personally. I want everyone to use it!

It makes my system and excel hang and slow when I import like 2 folders into my workpaper.

Amazing tool-Data Snipper

Comentarios: I Love data snipper and would be recommending it to all colleagues and friends.

Puntos a favor:

Data snipper helped avoid manually entering data and it reduced the time to 1/10th of what it took originally and also eliminate any human errors.

Contras:

Sometimes table snip can throw the formatting a bit off. Apart from that there's nothing that comes to mind so far.

Efficient Data Snipper

Puntos a favor:

It makes vouching for invoices and supporting easier. It makes review much easier since you can see the snip and actual amount updated.

Contras:

Not much experienced in DataSnipper yet so don't know yet.

It is convenient to not have to go through any process to link documents to excel. Datasnipper makes it easy to bring in documents, pull information out of those documents, while linking that information to the exact place you found it. Extremely helpful for audits.

Contras:

The process of deleting snips is a little tedious and can be frustrating when it looks like the snip has been deleted, but the link still seems to be present.
