The current system works very well but is not as user friendly as Hotello. Overall it is not a major area of concern. > > Overall we have enjoyed working with Hotello and the people at Mingus. The software is a major improvement over our prior PMS and has allowed us to be much more efficient because the system allows us to do our work more quickly and with more automation.
