On the administrative side of it, I love how easy it makes communicating with our parents/staff through email and text. We have used systems in the past that charged us per person per text that we sent out; with Gradelink, we pay a flat amount per student for that same service. I also like that parents are able to log in to see where their student is academically also where they stand financially. Teachers are able to keep great records of their students' assignments along with grades. Customer support is great\! If you have a question, there are many tips and help videos that are there to support you. > > **Puntos en contra**: One thing that I wish was different is how you must conclude each term at the end of a quarter. This makes it a bit of a hassle if anything needs to be changed at a later time. I also would like to see there be an option for dropdown categories in Billing. We have parents that use it to pay tuition along with lunch orders and after school activities. Unless they specifically make a note, it gets confusing when they make a payment for multiple categories.
