We have been using Versatile Enterprise from Zasio Enterprises along with the Versatile Imaging Module for many years. Versatile Enterprise allows us to manage our records and information from cradle to grave in all formats following the information lifecycle. We manage our active records, inactive records, retention schedule, images, etc. I cannot say enough good things about the Versatile Enterprise software, the technical support, the entire company. We run annual notice of destruction reports so our departments can quickly pull those files up for destruction or transfer their historical information to the University Archives. The entire group, from the president to the technicians to the office staff, has been very accessible and extremely helpful.
