This software saves so much time and provides it's users with the ability to quickly and accurately collect references, set specific questions for accurate data, and get an overall data analysis on the probability of hiring of a potential candidate.

> **Puntos en contra**: There's barely anything wrong with this product other than the inability to view reference checks earlier on in the process. You have to wait until a set minimum reference checks are submitted before being able to batch and view the results

> This software has saved us time and manpower. Simply setup the product to work the way you want it to, send an email invite to your potential hire candidate, and they send a link to all their references to fill out online at their leisure. Reference checks do not get any easier than this\!
