> **Puntos a favor**: The software does everything we need from winery bulk inventory to which wine club member has paid and everything in between.  At the tasting room it is very easy to use requiring about 5 minutes of training to get new people up and running.  For tracking inventory between bulk, bottled, warehouse, tasting room, wedding and event set aside it is all easy to set up and to use.  We went from a single register to tripling the winery and adding three POS stations all at once and the transition was very easy compared to the numerous products I have used over the years.  Technical support is good and essential since the access to fixes is not easy.  Runs on our server at the winery which is a $400 dell computer.

> **Puntos en contra**: This is an access based system thus unless you are a DBA it is difficult to fix even small bugs.  Also because you are using windows, microworks and the Elo screen software and the Epson printer software it is very hard without guidance to figure out where the problem lies.  The technical support solves these issues fairly quickly.

> We wanted to go from a small to a medium size winery quickly.  We did not have the processes or the equipment in place to do that.  Microworks had an all at one place solution from the software to telling you the exact hardware to buy to integrating easily into QuickBooks which is our accounting software.  There is a learning curve here and I would advise people to video every training session and catalogue them for the next person who needs to learn it.

> Our winery was an early adopter of Microworks software (since 1996) and we are power users of the system. Microworks is robust and meets our needs very well.  We use all of their modules; Cash Manager in our tasting room with 3 registers, Wine Club handles 22 different clubs with batch billing, Inventory Manager for tracking wine inventory in multiple locations, Compliance integration gold certification with Shipcompliant, Multi-Site Manager for our downtown tasting room, Sales \& Fulfillment for our customer database, and marketing tools to segment and send out personalized emails. Their service and support is second to none, and they are always available to troubleshoot any problems so we can get back to selling more wine\!
