That they offer the 'add to google calendar' feature as opposed to (or in addition to??) the inconvenient .ics file.

For our sports training business it allowed up to separate appointment types, create custom calendars and send notifications. I really liked that it interacted with our website so clients didnt have to leave our site to book a session.
