We used them for close to 2 years and then 3 months ago, we lost access to the website and over 2 years of videos from members for our clients. We have tried for the last 3 months to contact them for support and receive nothing. AND THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE US A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION\! > > **Puntos en contra**: Lack of support. The website no longer exists so you can't update payment details or cancel a subscription. They don't respond to emails and they don't answer the phone number they publish on their invoices. So now I need to cancel our company credit card to avoid further charges - which is a MASSIVE DISRUPTION.
