> **Puntos a favor**: We decided to make the switch to the cloud. We didn't like the "Per Company" pricing model that most companies had and thought we would try out this product.

> **Puntos en contra**: We encountered various backend issues that the support team had no response. Transactions would duplicate on their own, transactions wouldn't have offset accounts. We even had one case where one year worth of data for a client was completely erased. Support had no idea what the problem was and wouldn't even bother investigating why this was happening. Bank rules are very limited. Reporting is limited. You are not able to generate a simple profit and loss for a specific date range, only period to period.

> Horrible. Stay away if you can. Their payroll solution works like a charm, but I would stay away from their accounting suite. Lots of glitches and very limited in use. We would spend more time fixing issues caused by the program then we would doing write up work.

1) It is flexible because it lets clients do as much or as little as they want
2) I can import from other apps such as Payroll Relief for a much quicker reconciliation
3) It is very straightforward
