> **Puntos a favor**: I tend to be a very organized person and I thoroughly love the detailed yet unique reports I can print covering a variety of topics.  Additionally, I have been extremely happy with the online support I have received after identifying issues.  The service was from a senior leader, it was professional, and completed in a reasonable time considering I called on a weekend.  Other companies are telling me why they are good, and perhaps they are but when I needed a program sooner rather than later LLM was there with the product and costumer service I needed.   I also appreciate updates and explanations if what they can, can't do and why.  Very reasonable.

> I've been using this software since 2006.  We manage around 100 tenants in 50 separate homes and small apartment complexes.  It is easy to learn and use.   It is a little behind the times in that it does not link to your QuickBooks account at least my version does not.   However, excel spreadsheet grouped by categories can be imported into QuickBooks.
