It has also worked well for sharing tutoring needs with our teachers and tutors > > **Puntos en contra**: The limitations around putting multiple parents on one account has caused a lot of headache. Additionally, the lack of clarity and consistency on the billing side has caused frustration and concerns. We've also been frustrated with the system reverting back to stripe when we have set clients up on the direct debit go cardless option and that has caused a client to be charged when they should not have been charged. Further, the ability to make adjustments to a bill once a payment order has been sent has caused us to have to pay fees multiple times because we've just had to delete the invoice and resend it and then it's confusing on the client's end because it looks like they've been billed twice. Additionally, we have locations and tutors in three cities and while many of the jobs are virtual, so open to any team member. It would be a lot nicer if we could cipher out clients and tutors by location in a different format > > Average. I and my tutors encounter these regularly. I have highlighted these to the admins but they don't seem to think there is an issue. The fees and Stripe Split payments system is very expensive and is too slow to release funds. Tutors are not happy that they have to wait 7 working days to get paid. > > Great tutoring portal- probably the best on the market at the moment. But it's still expensive to use and not the most user friendly.
