I also like that I can create and pick tasks directly from the small timer window. The timer display is clean and easy to read. The Timeline Report gives me a clear summary of my day, and the Time Requests feature works very well. Customer support is also very helpful and usually replies within 12 hours. Even though I have thousands of tasks, the app stays fast and never lags.
