If all works well, other than the initial difficulties in setting up the solution, this could turn out to be an absolutely fantastic solution. I will provide a further update after testing and a final update a few weeks after we go live. Amazingly, their team maintained an outstanding understanding of the product’s nature right from its inception and showed great initiative in their roles, which led to a seamless development process. The final product that they developed was very easy to use as well as implement. The communication for the project was excellent to say the least. The team at ARM MLM Software kept us in the loop throughout, answering all our questions immediately. They handled bugs fixing after launching the product so well; making it impressive how they managed to provide us with quality results during these circumstances. Furthermore, they also helped us incorporate the system into our monthly subscription for clients to easily and regularly access our digital products library. They demonstrated their professionalism and know-how in every instance - it is quite clear they are competent. We are happy that the software was developed in a way that specifically fits what we initially wanted it for.
