We have been set apart because of the value we view with our agents, staff, and customers. What appeared to be an impossible task in converting real estate software became possible with the time and effort Profit Power invested in us as a company to "understand" our business processes. We were able to work through many of our discomforts. The integration process with Profit Power was very smooth - mainly due to the fact that Profit Power was on sight walking us through each step in real time processing. When it was time to implement, detailed training was given to us collectively as well as individually. Profit Power made sure that each person who would be interacting with their software had a comfort level in "how" to achieve the end result and "why" the steps in processing were necessary. > > **Puntos en contra**: The biggest challenge we had was understanding the concept of needing to record listing information for every pending contract even if it's not ours. Profit Power was very patient realizing that we had been using the same software for over twenty years and had just outgrown its capabilities. In addition, the same employees have had longevity and worked the same process for over 20 years. It's all about perspective. Profit Power had the patience to work through our concerns. > > Over the past 6+ years, our experience with Profit Power support and staff has been excellent. There is always someone available to assist with any need. Customer service is definitely a plus - it's obvious that Profit Power places their customers at the top of the list - no matter how large or small the company may be. The number of switches and options related to commissions processing is robust and incredibly flexible, as is it's ability it be adaptable to a wide variety of operational use models. Stored procedures, business rules, and inline rules round out the software's offerings and allow for customization and automation at a very high level. Other features we love about this software are its easy integration with General Ledger accounting software and cloud-based dashboarding tools like DOMO. The support team behind the software is also one of its most valuable assets. This U.S.-based team is the real deal, a triple-threat of IT systems knowledge, development experience, coupled with an integration team with real-life real estate industry experience. > > **Puntos en contra**: In any industry, there will inevitably be some business models that evolve so quickly that the software simply can't keep up. The Profit Power team holds annual user meetings to address potential weaknesses and keep the user base informed of trends and upcoming releases. > > We are able to reduce costs, provide transparency and tools to our agents, and streamline processes with Profit Power. Managers like they are able to run reports for their offices, Agents have an at a glance view of all their records. It links to our other applications, Skyslope, Great Plains, Relo Spec, etc. I have reviewed other commissions systems and Profit Power is versatile there is so many options that can handle all your commission needs. > > **Puntos en contra**: Broker Tab- In California, we need the details of our Brokers and our Office can not see on the screen of the Sales menu the License number and expiration date. As well as we need to be able to search by Tax ID or DRE Lic. Number, this is not an option been asking for a while. Relocation Brokers at one time this allowed User to only see a broker that was not Relo Broker and same with Relo they would only see their brokers this has not been the case for a while. Also, we get garnishments for our Brokers we need the check hold to work. Relo Tab needs some work as well, search options need improvment. > > Overall Profit Power is the best real estate application to handle your needs from the beginning transaction to the payout. I started using it in 2002 and have work with the Lantrax team to customize it to our needs and how we process. They have been great and are always on hand to help and assist with any new challenges that come out way\! It allows automation of reporting which saves time and allows us to spend more time supporting our agents and managers. The support staff is always quick to address any issues or problems that may arise.
