Even if you just set up some simple canvas collage options and start there, it's so much easier to help your clients visualize their images in a collection. You don't have to have every single frame option you offer customized into SG. Start simple. Don't overwhelm yourself or you will overwhelm your client. > > **Puntos en contra**: A few more drag and drop options would be great in terms of gallery design, dropping in photos to products and not having to click "resize" to resize art. A few less clicks is always helpful. I don't utilize the direct send to lab option. I am a pet photographer and will color correct images first, but wait to do heavier editing like removing leashes after clients select their wall art. If my workflow included having all images fully edited, that would be really helpful. > > One of the best things is just giving client examples of what they could do with their art. I also wish there was a color or star rating option for the Compare Images so that we can sub-sort their favorite images to order different products. I also wish there was an option to see 6, 8, or 10 images at one time between two lines (I usually just zoom in and out of the web page to get this same effect). I also wish you can choose to compare 2 or 4 images on one screen on the Compare Images tab. Sometimes our black and white photos have a red tint in Swift Galleries as well, which is bad because that is not our creative edit on those photos. I dislike how in the Compare Images screen that the counter at the top is not accurate -- many times have we gone through the Choose Images and accidentally missed selecting "yes," so there are more images in the "yes" pile than counted at the top. Lastly, sometimes the photos on the Design gallery are hard to see as there is no way to zoom in to the "display" they are on. Such as: Easy to learn A great way to keep track of client/appointments Allows you to insert your own slideshow Creates easy to read receipts - and automatically emails it to the client Helps create a seamless transition from reveal to order purchases Provides beautiful room templates to show off wall art Has the ability to take credit card information and process the transaction for you There are step by step tutorials provided to help learn how to use everything. Allows you to log in on any device/wherever you are because it's all online, instead of being a program that's downloaded to a certain desktop/laptop. > > **Puntos en contra**: There is no way at this moment to customize the receipt that the client receives. While it does provide a basic slideshow through it, there's no way to set music to it (but it does make up for this by allowing you to upload your own slideshow instead). > > Overall, I am enjoying using Swift Galleries. I love that I can sign in on any device no matter where I'm at. This allows for much more freedom and less worry on whether or not my client can come to me. I love that there are a tone of tutorials and that you're walked through step by step on how to use Swift Galleries and how to make that sale. I love that the Owners are involved and continuously strive to make it better and address their clients feedback.
