> **Puntos en contra**: I didn’t like the fact that I had to download different Square apps for different functions that I needed. For example I had to have Square Appointments setter installed and Square Payment Processor installed separately. It would be nice to do multiple functions on one Square app instead of having to install different apps every time. Also, the appointment setting section did not have a place for client to pay deposits. This was very critical for me to have, and was the main reason why I started looking for other apps that had this functionality working better on their platforms. Square said they had it but every time I tried to set it up, it didn’t work.

> My overall experience with Square Appointments was very nice because of how easily it was for my clients to book me on Google directly. If you’re a new business owner, use Square Appointments to make your life a lot easier.

I also enjoyed the integrations that it had with square banking solutions. this allowed me to easily set aside taxes and other savings that never hit my account.

You cannot use gift cards, you can do discount codes, you can use apple pay or google pay online which is proven to increase website conversations ect. Square's functionality does not extend to square appointments and I was also not informed of that before building out square appointments... which sucks.

> It was reliable to begin with, but I also found it extremely limiting in the booking area. If I could keep the other square solutions without square appointments that would have been ideal.
