We operate 26 function rooms and it gives us the functionally we require to produce accurate and in-depth contracts \& function sheets as well as reports for departments of varying levels. The system is fully integrated with EPOS making executing events and billing far easier than system we have used in the past. Millennia has the ability to export data to varying levels of accuracy for database analysis and mailshots. Millennia has been custom made to suit our venue for our large Christmas Party Market. we now have the ability to make bookings each with their own ticket number, we can track payments, send our client confirmations and produce reports for the whole evening based on the attendees booked. This has made the whole process slicker and means we have been able to work completely paperless for Christmas bookings of over 5500 covers. > > **Puntos en contra**: Forecast reporting isn't as accurate as we would like and it does not have the ability to report NET value. The Millennia software is not over complicated, making it easy for any new users to integrate and quickly feel part of the team.
