Furthermore, organizational structures can be mirrored with multiple divisions and flight levels per division as needed. Advanced analytic functions for cycle steering incl. team engagement as well as strategic execution with alignment and OKR status reports help to continusly improve the OKR framework in the organization. It is helping a lot, to not only have a software but also a lot of knowledge that is shared.
