It helps us visualize who is working on what and where we are with the progress. We also use Cirkus to schedule our resources including camera kits and gear, vehicles, edit bays, and people.

> **Puntos en contra**: Because of the flexibility of Cirkus, we wind up having to build what we need from scratch. Luckily, the the idea of custom forms helps us to build these customizations relatively easily. Would love for the mobile versions of Cirkus to get some attention to ease the workflow on those platforms.

> Cirkus has brought consistency and transparency to our operations. As a manager, I'm able to see both what my team is doing, as well as the progress of those projects they are working on. We also use Cirkus to allow other departments request work from our Production Services and Marketing departments by filling out custom forms. This allows us to specify the information we need to complete their task by asking very specific questions before they are allowed to submit those request forms. This has sped up the process from initial request, through monitoring the progress of the project, to reporting completion and tracking resource utilization and costs.

Cirkus helps us do what we do more effectively and with greater awareness of our resource availability and utilization. Hope to never go back to our pre-Cirkus world.

> **Puntos a favor**: It was a huge improvement and efficiency gain to move away from using Excel spreadsheets and Dropbox. It is very easy to customise your layout, view and to place filters on workflows in Cirkus. The tasks are simple to modify, adjust, delete or add if needed. Notifications are also able to be tailored, both within Cirkus and linking it to your email should you wish to receive email notifications as well.  

It is easy to communicate/make comments on tasks within Cirkus, which saves having email chains running in parallel. Our freelancers find using Cirkus quite straightforward.

If there are any troubleshooting tickets to be raised with the software developers, this can be easily done within Cirkus, and we have found the staff to be helpful and responsive on the rare occasion a ticket needs to be raised.

> **Puntos en contra**: We would be interested if there is a way for the system to pick up on near duplicates at the point of task creation, prior to allocation and completion. This would help us avoid double-handling and replication of resource, which has occurred from time to time.

> The Media Access Charitable Trust, trading as Able, uses Cirkus to manage our freelancer workflow. It gives us the ability to easily communicate detailed information customised to our specific technical requirements. File transfer is quick, effortless and secure. Without a dedicated project-management tool, we would waste countless hours every week coordinating our processes, but thanks to Cirkus, it is easy and efficient.

> **Puntos a favor**: I believe there are two major things on Cirkus, why we have choosen it: 1) the deployment on iOS, Android, Mac and Web-Client, which work all very fine 2) True collaborative approach - the concept of working in a team is fundamental and well depolyed. The Zapier integration has also great potential, also we just have tested a little.

> **Puntos en contra**: For our editing and grading workstations we're missing a function to easily switch the user. Like a user choice, just when opeining the app. And we're missing a synchronisation of time bookings /events with other calendars.
> 
> Cirkus has become a major tool of our daily work, and is of an higher importance in our internal production process then email communication. There are still lessons (and routines) to be learned and to get adapted by everyone, but I am very confident, that we will continue with our good experience. It's really cool to get in contact with the support team, who really try to help you or, if that spefic function is missing, write it on their feature request list and get back to you, when the feature is alive.
