I love it!

We're a startup and we've been using Applauz for a few weeks right now. Overall, it's great. Setup was straightforward, there's a bunch of tools and new features have been added since I first installed it. Love it!
Contras:
I wish I had to pay for it. Just kidding.
Great customer service experience. A great tool for tired HR teams
Comentarios: Great company to do business with and stellar customer service. I called and left a message and someone live called within 2 hours of my call and took care of my concerns

Communications in both English and French which works well for the Canadian market
Contras:
Purchasing points is done via credit card vs being invoiced
Fun to use, but didn't find it to be overly useful for us!
Comentarios: It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations.

It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs.
Contras:
It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees!

Comentarios: I have had a very good experience with Applauz every time that I have ordered something. They are very fast at getting the items out also. Great plan to be part of.

They have so many items to pick from and the quality of the items are great. They offer high end gifts to pick from. Great ideas.
Contras:
I don't have anything that I don't like about this program. I am very happy with everything and would highly recommend it to other companies.
