Once I added my checking account, I proceeded in trying to send a payment and got an error message. I called the customer service number and was told that I could check back later that day. I asked pointed questions to try and understand why the payment wasn't processing, but they couldn't explain to me why it wasn't working or how long it could actually take. I had a situation where it was literally life or death and received donations for redemption of a dog from the pound or they would euthanize him the following day.
