We are excited to eventually switch over to using the Z-Suite inbox because it shows reminder, birthday and recall texts that are automatic and are not shown on the oldest interface conversation history but rather only on the admin dashboard. We have not been able to switch over to the Z-Suite inbox yet because the "Trash" feature is the most important feature to our team as it allows us to stay up to date on texts and discard those conversations that have been resolved. > > Our overall experience as a clinic has been amazing. Any time we've needed to reach the customer service team directly, one of their team members has been on the phone with us in minutes and super helpful.
