Comentarios: PESIMA experiencia, no responden a tiempo

Cumplidos con el pago, y no mas, no tengo nada mas positivo que decir de ellos,.
Contras:
PESIMO Servicio al cliente, llevo 1 mes detras de ellos pidiendoles que revisen mis desprendibles de pago, y su unica respuesta es "estamos trabajando en eso, disculpa la demora". Su unico medio de comunicación es por correo electronico y la dirección que aparece en Colombia, pertenece a otra empresa, lo cual es muy sospechoso.

Cuenta con una gran variedad de herramientas, para cualquier area es un aplicativo muy completo.

Puntos a favor:
Onboarding experience, from both the administrative and employee/contractor perspective, is some of the best I've experienced. Their CS team is also responsive and supportive. I love that they're open to UI feedback as well.
Contras:
They're still figuring out some UI bugs but again, because they're so open to customer feedback, this isn't a deal breaker for us.
Expectation vs Reality
Comentarios: Haven't loved it. It's an inherited system that I would not have chosen myself, I just think they've scaled too quickly and aren't ready to serve a lot of the countries they're working in. It's cost us so much financially but also in time and energy to rectify issues that could have so easily been avoided in the first place if the correct and relevant information had been available at the start of a hiring relationship.
Puntos a favor:
We finally have an account manager who is genuinely helpful and engaged, but spent 2 years with a real lack of support. They are proactive when you raise an issue and do seem to want to strive for a good resolution for all parties involved, but it takes some real escalation for it to get to that point. Platform is easy to use as an admin and as an employee.
Contras:
Lack of transparency, lack of communication between their internal teams and to us as their client, lack of readily available information on their country explorer pages (then useful info being locked behind a jira login which we were only given access to after a year of having issues with them), their support team is very scripted/basic level support and often doesn't tally at all with the nuances and complexities of hiring across the world. Some countries they are hiring into they are absolutely not geared up to deal with, particularly when it comes to offboarding. e.g. Italy, Norway, Portugal. Their system is basic, it also doesn't allow for the nuances of obscure PTO requirements. e.g. Norway. We've had multiple issues with onboarding and offboarding, wrong information being shared with employees and all at a costly expense to us.

little flexibility: pre-payment for one of our employees was difficult to achieve way of invoicing: pre-payroll and actual payroll: this brings extra work as you have to check everything double

Comentarios: Our company is based in the US, but we needed a simple and efficient way to pay employees in Europe. Remote has made this process incredibly convenient.
Puntos a favor:
The platform offers a simple and user-friendly interface, making it incredibly easy to set up contracts and start the process. Everything is quick, accessible, and straightforward, which really streamlines the experience.
Contras:
The pricing could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses or startups.

99% excellent just a couple annoyances
Comentarios: Remote is our key EOR partner and enables our business to move internationally without much issue. In general we are very happy with them.

Great service, solid tech platform, reasonable pricing
Contras:
Payments used to be immediate now they take a couple days to be reflected, which is especially challenging as the company as a whole is very unforgiving of any payment delays and will freeze your account. It's very disruptive.
Very user-friendly service that provides great HR value

The system is very comprehensive - I am not sure there has ever been a service I wanted to implement that I was unable to. The customer support is also very helpful.

Great Support and Customer Service
Comentarios: I have had great customer service reps and they really do listen to feedback and add features. It isn't instant, but I have been happy with it.

I really appreciate the customer service that I have had at Remote.

The pricing- especially for insurance internationally- can be high.
Out of Country Employees
Comentarios: Remote has made it tremendously easy to work with our out of country employees. They handle almost everything and keep us updated on anything we need to know or approve.

Contras:
We have not terminated any employees with Remote, but we were informed that we would have to give plenty of notice if we were going to work with them to give a severance. This has not been an issue, I just have not used the process yet.
Positive overall
Comentarios: Overall the user experience is is good. I like the past response times overall

Its easy to use, add or remove team members. The customer contact is really fast. Quick to set-up and onboard new team members.
Contras:
Sometimes when you have a question I did not receive the answer I was looking for or the reply was not send to me. This happened only once or twice so not too bad. If would be nice to have Remote connected to the accounting software.

A go-to EOR system
Comentarios: I've had a very positive experience with Remote so far, and am looking forward to more work with them. I would recommend Remote to any HR individual considering to expand their buisness to other countries in which they do not have subsidiaries.
Puntos a favor:
My most favoraite thing about Remote is the customer service. Other systems also provide employee payroll options but they do not have a superb customer service as Remote. Starting from designated Customer Success Manager to Use Happiness Team, they are always ready to help, and VERY responsive. Prior to Remote, they would take anywhere from 24-48 hours for a simple response, but Remote team will respond within 12-24 hour block.
Contras:
One thing I recently discovered is that their time-off tracking does not include childcare leave days. An employee has inquired about it only showing time-off days, but not government required childcare days.
Great support and feedback
Puntos a favor:
It´s been a great experience so far, any time I raise a request for support, I get the necessary help within the desired timelines, [sensitive content hidden] has helped me in a very professional and proactive way.
Contras:
I cannot mention any bad point so far in the experience I am having working with Remote.
The most convenient way to get employment benefits anywhere in the world

The ease of use and clutter free UI. The UI is well thought out and bug free. Never had any problems

None whatsoever. Cannot think of anything wrong with Remote's employment portal.
Remote is fundamental to Phaidra
Comentarios: Remote enabled Phaidra to build a global company featuring incredible talent that sit at the intersection of industrials and AI - a rare and hard to find talent pool. We started with Remote when they were a start-up themselves, which meant we grew as a company as they did - and were able to share feedback and see the implementation of new features we requested. The collaboration with Remote continues to be awesome and we intend to have Remote as a strategic partner as we scale.

Remote's software enables Phaidra to bring on new talent from almost anywhere in the world. Their support team is helpful and thoughtful in their communication.
Contras:
It would be great to have more transparency into what stage new employees are in during onboarding. Specifics (like if Remote sent the onboarding email, etc.) would be great!
First Experience with Remote
Comentarios: Absolutely amazing, considering HR services is complex with all the details, but remote is able to simplify process even without having to collect any hardcopy files unless for contract.

Providing support upon employment contractual for overseas company complete with all the details needed to comply with local regulation

So far I have to admit that nothing disappoint me yet from my personal experience
Hiring talent across the world made easy
Puntos a favor:
It made our life easier. Thanks to Remote we have been able to hire talent from countries where we don't have presence in, offer compliant contracts and save time on payroll management. We also received support with tax and legal issues specific to different cases. Whoever we had a problem, the Remote team has gone above and beyond to find a solution.
Contras:
Because onboarding employees in every country depends on local regulations, it requires and a proactive approach from the person doing the enrollment and being in contact with the onboarding/happiness team.
Easy to use, constantly improving
Comentarios: I am working remotely thanks to Remote. Its such a great opportunity to work for any company in the world from your home country.
