It's also easy on the eyes because the screens have large fonts with all the important numbers and large buttons in convenient locations. Also they made it so you don't have to use a mouse if you don't want to ... you can just use the keyboard .... so it's fast. The scanner makes it easy for the staff because all the images scanned like invoices and checks go directly to the accounting system. > > **Puntos en contra**: Parts tracking is a little tricky ... but the parts guy picked it up pretty quick. We really had to focus on training the first few weeks ... it wasn't easy ... but we got there. > > My body shop was running Quickbooks because that is what I started using when I opened the shop but I had no idea if I was making or losing money or why. I found CC3 online and liked the way it was an accounting system made just for body shops. I downloaded the Demo, checked it out, then called and they walked me through a demo ... I had the system up and running and closing ROs within days and by the 2nd month had an income statement and balance sheet that was accurate. It wasn't easy ... we had to work at it to bring it all online that fast ... but today it's so easy and we know exactly where we are on every RO. ----- ### "CC3 Auto Body Software works well for me. I needed an accounting and management system for my body shop that handled detailed jobcosting. CC3 was built to do exactly that. It was designed with ergonomics in mind, so it moves really fast and allows new users to quickly start using it. The scanner allowed invoices to be scanned right into the RO ... and ... right into the accounting system automatically. Other software we looked at could not scan the invoice into the accounting system, so that was a bring problem for those other systems. We've totally cut down on paper because of the scanner. The bookeeper and owner like it because they can keep a close eye on the money that is spent, on an RO by RO basis. The parts guy like it because the invoices and scanned image go right to the desk of the bookeeper as soon as he posts the invoice. It only costs our shop $1800 a year and installation and training were included at no additional charge. > > **Puntos en contra**: It's hard to complain because CCT will customize the software for you, and we had a few things we wanted done that they did just for us that made the software fit better for our shop.
