We setup Jerseys Sports Bar on a Friday Night with 3 stations. Never trained one server and they started using it right then. NO problems. We have a list of satisfied customers that you can call. Ask how they like our customer service. Yes there is those unsatisfied customers, the ones that know nothing, but they can do everything with their Cell Phone. They are the ones that don't take the initiative to think for their selves. If you take the time to review other software that even have high ranking you will see that there are dissatisfied customers with them also. It's all about the deep pockets that a company has for marketing. Some companies spend millions on marketing. When your a smaller player in this field the na's show up more. If you understand basics of computers and have a good logic mind there are nearly no limits in customizing the software for your needs.
