However it did an information dump when we updated the software/ hardware. They're customer service/support hours are terrible. They are not available at the most important times of the day for the dry cleaning industry. Also their integration is atrocious. We need a online form that is directly connected to our POS system for our delivery routs, and what they have to offer is very generic and undesirable for our business. Additionally they're app is terrible to set up/use.
